MAKE SURE YOU TRIPLE CHECK THEIR WORK. Which you should not have to do when dealing with a professional business. These people are very unprofessional. I have given them MULTIPLE chances to make things right, however this last time they screwed up my order, i have had it. I will never patronize this business again. I went there as they have been convenient for me to order flowers when i need them. One time, they did not deliver the flowers on the day they promised. It was the following day. One time they did deliver the flowers, but they spelled my name wrong, so my wife thought she had received flowers from somebody else. Another time, I placed an order from an online picture off of their website, and the arrangement was completely different than what i had ordered. This last week, it was my Anniversary. I called them the day before, and they PROMISED ME that they could and would deliver the flowers for my wife by 9-10am, so she could enjoy them for the whole day. When i still had not heard by 1230, i called them and they told me that "oh, we dont deliver to Utah County until later in the afternoon". I am a very laid back person, and i do not go around writing bad reviews about businesses, but when i talked to the owner Holly, and again expressed my dissatisfaction, here is what she had to say. After talking to her, and telling her how they messed up again, and all the other times they have not gotten my order right, she told me "well you should probably go somewhere else for your flowers, as we cannot seem to take care of your flower arrangement needs." Then she said, i can just cancel your order and charge back your card if you would like. So, here i am halfway through my Anniversary, and she tells me this. I told her that "i am at their mercy now, and to please get them delivered asap." She then told me that she will credit back my order of 50% off of the total, and would have them delivered by 130 at the latest. I should not have to check up on a business EVERYTIME i use them to make sure that they do what they promise. This is the reason when i called this last time, to triple check and make sure they could follow through with my request, they still messed it up. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store however, I am going to take Hollys advice and find a different florist to take care of my flower needs. It is a shame too, as i do buy my wife flowers a lot.

My previous review is below - but I felt I needed to add to it. I had Flowers On Main do the flowers for my wedding. I had an idea of what I wanted with a few pictures - and the flowers that they delivered were picture perfect! They turned out so beautifully and we had so many compliments on them. On top of doing such a wonderful job with our order in advance - we put in a last minute call to them for help with flowers on the cake table, and they were so accommodating and put me right at ease with what could have been a very stressful situation. Even though they had very little notice on it, it looked like it had been part of the plan all along. They were even willing to come out to the venue to complete it!! I cant rave enough about how wonderful they are!! I have been ordering flowers from Flowers on Main for the last 7 years. Ive used them for almost every occasion - birthdays, funerals, anniversaries, get well, and just because. They do an amazing job every time and are very reasonable priced. I recently ordered flowers for my Grandmotherss birthday, a friends birthday, and for a friend in the hospital. Each of them called to tell me how amazing the arrangements were. I cant thank them enough for the great work they do! They are always there and willing to help out.

I urgently needed a bouquet to complete a plan that Id had to surprise my wife and hopefully reignite a spark that wed lost. I walked in the store at 8:30 am and had a very specific request and asked for her artistic touch to help make it resemble a wedding gown. I also needed it within a couple of hours. She immediately contacted her suppliers and began locating materials shed need. She was extrordinarily helpful and genuinely kind. The bouquet she created was better than I had envisioned and she had it completed on time. Shes extremely talented and the price was lower than I expected. The flowers were absolutely perfect and it accomplished its purpose. I dont think Ill ever buy flowers anywhere else. The flowers are a week old now and still look as great as they did on day 1. Absolutely unmatched quality, service and value.

Before I posted my review I read the other reviews. Anyone that posted a negative review for Flowers on Main is not someone to listen to. These folks sell high quality product and do a great job. The problem with reviews is that most people that leave reviews only leave a review if they are upset about something. Not enough folks leave positive reviews. Any business might have an infinite amount of happy customers but they continue on their way through life content and satisfied. It is the people that had a bad day or are mentally insane that are out leaving poor reviews. From a sane person in a insane world - Flowers on Main does a good job. Cheers to Flowers on Main and keep up the great work.

Awful! Very unprofessional. I picked out a flower arrangement for my mother on mothers day and when I picked up it was not even remotely close to what I ordered. I let it slide but then my best friend got married and decided to use them and they didnt bring her centerpieces that she ordered and the flowers they did bring were completely wrong. I think that they just use what they have at the time instead of ordering what people want. Awful, awful, I will never go to them again. A company like this should understand how important flowers are for occasions such as weddings and holidays. Why take a chance with something special? They will just disappoint you.

I have been going to Flowers on Main for nearly 7 years now and they have never disappointed! In fact, this last experience has truly topped it off. I went in for a corsage for my wife, told them the color of the dress and the color of the vest I would be wearing and the final product was gorgeous. Even better, they threw in a boutonniere. Seriously I love Flowers on Main and their designers! Any and every time someone asks me where to buy flowers this is where I send them. They have the best flowers and arrangements and the flowers far outlast any of the other stores in which I used to purchase flowers. This IS the place!

I found this florist on the internet. They had good reviews and were located conveniently to where I needed the flowers. I called and explained I needed flowers for my Aunts Memorial service. I explained what I had seen on the internet and asked for something similar. The delivered product far exceeded my expectations and made my father very happy since we were honoring his sister. Thank you for doing such a great job!!!! The arrangement was beautiful and delivery was right on time. Sorry it took me 2 months to post this review.
