Absolutely terrible. My father, a disabled veteran on an incredibly tight budget, ordered me a birthday bouquet of a dozen red roses. It pains me to think what he probably paid for them. I came home on a Thursday to find a wilted bouquet of nearly-dead flowers on my doorstep. What should have been beautiful deep-red roses were shriveled flowers with black spots. Why they didnt call me or leave them with a neighbor so theyd be out of the sun is beyond me. I called and left a message. By Monday afternoon I hadnt received a response so I called again and was told their computer system was down, so theyd call me back. By Wednesday there was no call back so I called again, and was told theyd redeliver a bouquet on Thursday morning. Thursday morning there was no bouquet. I call again, and am told itll be Thursday afternoon or evening instead. The replacement bouquet arrived at 3:15pm and is very beautiful, it just took a lot of phone calls to get!

Mothers Day flowers to be delivered Sat, attempted delivery on Friday while at work, came home to find notice and # to call. I called and was told would be delivered Saturday, no flowers. A call was placed only to hear a canned message closed Saturday and Sunday. To make a long story short problem w/contracted delivery service.....flowers to be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday, a little before noon, I called to ask when the flowers would be delivered....they just left. In no way do I consider this prompt service or a way to run a business...as the saying goes...you are only as good as your help.

I was promised same day delivery but the flowers were never received and I never got a call that they would be late. Tried calling the next day for a refund and only received voicemail. Flowers were then delivered the next day so I doubt Id be able to get a refund now. The only reason I chose this place was bcuz they were the only ones around who claimed they could still deliver same day. I paid 35 extra dollars to have them delivered that day. NOT WORTH IT.

Was suppose to receive "surprise" flowers on Wednesday and they didnt come until Friday and that was after paying extra for same day delivery!! They "claimed:" they did not know where I was located, just two miles from their shop!! No phone call either to ask! Also was suppose to receive candy and never did!! So flowers two days old already, no candy, dirty card..

My boyfriend paid extra to have them delivered before noon on our anniversary. We didnt leave the house until 2, when we returned around 5 we had a notice that they missed us. Called at 5:30 and got their away message even though they dont close until 6. Left a message, still waiting to talk to or hear from someone.

Here at 3:46 on Thursday to pick up a single red rose and theyre closed. Hours state 4:00pm what kind of second rate business are they running here??! I even took a screenshot of theyre hours with the time on my phone in the corner but I dont see how to upload it or if I even can...
