I have ordered from here several times over the years and most often their flowers are good. I recently just ordered a dozen roses for my wife ($76) and the flowers wilted within two days to where they were completely drooping over. I called a few days later to complain and they told me we probably got a bad bunch of flowers and that basically it was their fault. However they didnt offer to compensate us or even offer anything to make up for it. The customer service was very disappointing. I dont feel I can order from this place again and I wont be able to recommend them to friends or family.

I really like the arrangement- the only complaint I would have is that the number of the person I wanted it delivered to wasnt taken. I know that other delivery services call to let the person know someone ordered flowers for them, so that person can be home and expecting them. My friend wasnt aware, and I would rather have the company call than me tell her myself. So i would just say if the deliveree could be notified by you guys in the future, so they can be home to recieve the flowers thatd be great. But theyre beautiful, thank you so much for your help!

Ordered flowers in bulk for my wedding. They came and were not even open. They told us that all we had to do was let them be in warmer temps for the flowers to open up. Well we did just that and they still didnt open. We wanted large normal sized roses they told us they only carried those but called them "small" roses. Well they were small roses. Not the size I had confirmed and shown them that I had wanted while ordering in store. It literally ruined all my arrangements and wedding bouquet. Very dissatisfied!

A few months ago for my moms Wedding, we ordered some flower arrangements from this Flower Patch American Fork location. When we went to pick them up they said that the order was not ready ... and when we asked for a refund and they said they didnt provide refunds. They stole our money ($70) and never delivered a service. Horrible customer service! We had to go to a local flower place and pay double the money so they could deliver on the same day. Stay away from them...

I wish every flower shop were like this! Easy-to-use website. Same-day delivery. Prompt and courteous answering of the phone. Polite, professionals with which to work. More than reasonable prices! Email updates and photos of the exact floral arrangement which was delivered! I wish I could give ten stars! Keep doing what you are doing, American Fork Flower Patch; it is working!!

This is the first time Ive ordered flowers online. It was simple and I love the easy $5 coupon! They were delivered as promised, and our daughter said,"Its literally the cutest arrangement Ive ever seen. I love it." Its really nice that they sent a picture of the arrangement before delivery. Over all, a great way to congratulate our daughter on her promotion from 3 states away!

Perfect. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. The process was simple and quick to put in the order. Received an email to confirm, as well as to show me the actual flowers with a picture in an email. Then I hour am email to confirm delivery. Everything was great! Would definitely use them again.

This company was able to hurry and deliver flowers for my daughter on her birthday at the last minute. I had an order an order with another company and they did not fulfill their promise. The bouquet was beautiful and was delivered in an hour or so. Saved the day for my daughters birthday.

Flower Patch makes great flower arrangements. I called from out of state to order for my aunts birthday. They were really helpful in finding a design I thought my aunt would like. She loved it! Whats really cool is that they emailed me a photo so I could see what I sent. A quality florist.

Great customer service, the delivery driver called me and offered another delivery location when there was no one home for delivery. They kept in communication and delivered a very nice product. I also thought it was cool to receive a picture of the product that was delivered.Thank you.

I have gone there every time for my past dance flowers and havent had any trouble until this last dance they got the flower color wrong and put the ribbon backwards. And when I asked about it they said it would be fine and told me that they couldnt do anything about it.

Close, friendly, and always has a good selection to choose from. They have pre made arrangements so if it is a last minute thing your good. I have also never had to wait long at any of the flower patches when Ive been there on Valentines day.
