Will never use this company again. Flowers were ordered for a wedding and the flowers were old and expiring. Brown spots on lilies in bridal bouque when I picked it up. They used oversized roses in mothers corsages and boutineers. Bridal bouque was squished. Not a professional job. Very Very poor quality. My recommendation to anyone especially people I know is not to go there. Bridal bouque expired before day was out. Roses were losing petals and the lilies were dead. Only took flowers because it was for the wedding next day and had to have them. Otherwise I would have never taken them. Also they kept calling and bugging for their money prior to the agreed upon due date for full payment. DONT GO HERE. Very unprofessional. Bride and Groom were not happy. VERY high priced for what we ordered.

Never, never again. I trusted them to build my bouquets. I even left another florist and went to Timp Valley because I thought they would do a better job. Boy, was I mistaken. The flowers were cheap, wilted quickly, and were very stingy for the price. The attitude of the service was remarkably bad. The only thing they did right was completely rebuild the bouquets at my insistence, while I stood there. I was late to my event, and still thought the flowers were sub-par. And they charged me extra!! Please, save yourself the trouble and stay away. I am sure there are many other florist choices that will do a better job, give you a better value, with a better attitude.

Very Bad Experience The flowers were not even close to what I ordered. They were not even on the same planet. If have pics of what I ordered and also of what they tried to deliver and you too would be shocked if you saw the pics. I called the florist while I made the delivery guy wait and I was given the runaround and finally the excuse that I had been sent an approved substitute! I told them their substitute was unacceptable and I wanted what I ordered and paid for and they said they couldnt do that. Soooo my wife of 38 years did not get a flower bouquet delivered to her on Valentines Day from her sweetheart like she had for the other 37 years. Thanks Timp Florist

If for some reason the flowers do not meet your satisfaction, we have a 72 hour guarantee for flowers in a vase. 24 hour for wrapped flowers. (We do not know how long you had them before cutting them and getting them into water and flower food. ) I have worked here for 35 years and owned it for 24. We have the best designers weve ever had!

I ordered my wedding through Timp Valley and it was more than I could expected! They delivered early and set up! Everything looked beautiful! The best quality and prices I could find! They had great ideas to make it one of a kind...the guy that did my wedding video even put on his website that this was the best floral display he had ever seen! It was beautful! Highly reccomend! They let me rent vases to save on price! Best experience and quality I have had :)

This is my favorite floral shop! They always do beautiful arrangements, and use high quality flowers. They also did my wedding flowers and we couldnt have been happier with them. Shay helped us customize our arrangements with some unique plants (including raw cotton!) The results were fantastic, classy, and original. After horrible experiences with several other floral shops I called these folks and they were willing to make a delivery to Saratoga Springs on the busiest day of the year. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!

Terrible. Never again. Highway robbery. I bought my mother a bouquet and what they delivered was about half the flowers. Paid way too much for an arrangement that lasted 2 days! What a crock!! Dishonest. Buyer beware.

Overpriced, small, dead flowers. Fortunately though, they delivered the dead flowers but decided not to charge me for the dead ones. They just charged me for everything else that I didnt ask for. Never again.
