ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I had called to make an appointment on a Monday for my wedding. The girl on the phone said she could not schedule appointments and she would have someone call me back. Thursday arrives and no call has been received. To accurately explain, I live in Ogden which is an hour away from my venue and they have a location very close to the venue which I thought would be helpful to me so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again. Once again she couldnt schedule my appointment until I threatened my business, then all the sudden it wasnt a problem. My appointment was scheduled for a week and a half out on Saturday which is literally the only days I have to do any kind of wedding planning (which was explained on the phone, also my travel time was explained). Saturday arrives and my appointment was at 11 am. We arrive to find the location completely closed despite the Saturday hours on the door reading 10-3. I called the location in Lindon who then called Ginger, who was supposed to meet me and she completely FORGOT!!!!! So not only did I have to threaten my business to get an appointment and make an hour drive to be there by 11, but I also found a babysitter for my daughter just for them to FORGET, when they were supposed to be open anyway. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention what would happen the day of my wedding? Would they just forget to have my order made and Im left with no flowers? This is certainly not the way I want my business done.

I cant believe the amazing level of service Bed of Roses provided. They went far above and beyond what any other florist would ever do. I needed something more than just flowers for my wife. It wasnt my fault, I promise! Anyways, I asked if they happened to have cupcakes I could have delivered too. They didnt, but without hesitation said, "But we can go get some!" They proceeded to name half a dozen bakeries and asked what kind and how many cupcakes. I gave her a description, a very specific kind: Confettie Cupcakes with FunFettie Frosting. She told me to call back once I knew what I wanted on the card. I called back a few minutes later and they had already found the cupcakes, added a puppy stuffed animal (by my request) and got a beautiful arrangement ready. They delivered the SAME DAY within an hour of my order at my wifes work. Brought my wife to tears (good tears) and saved my bacon! I know there are websites that offer coupons or discounts, and in this economy, I would never balk at saving a penny. But Bed of Roses has FOREVER earned my business! True customer service is rare these days! Thank you Bed of Roses! Oh, and they ship nationwide if needed too.

So, whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM ONLINE. I ordered one of the arrangements that they were advertising. They ended up sending a crappy arrangement that looked nothing like the picture. I get they may need to change somethings but seriously, this was a joke of an arrangement. On top of that their online website also overcharged me. An extra $15 for no reason. I get the 2 dollar order online fee, I get the 10 delivery charge (twice the cost of pizza dilivery) But then in the bill with no explaination they $15 dollars more than what it should add up to. . . I will save you some time and just tell you I never write reviews but this was worth the hassle of signing up and posting because this was just AWFUL (I will also say I didnt go into the store, it could be very delightful and a much better experience but online was the opposite.)

So I placed an order online for next day delivery. For some reason they werent able to fully process my order so I called twice. The first time time I was told my order would be sent out in the next 2 hours. 2 hours passed still no flowers. I called again and we talked about what was the issue was. They explain to me the issue. And after it was all said and done my order still came in the timely fashion I want it to come. I didnt order roses but I had some anyway. My surprise still went into affect and she loved everything. My point is even though they made a mistake they didnt waste time making sure their consumer was satisfied. I will continue to do business with them

The awesome staff at Bed of Roses really saved my day. I was asked to pickup a last minute floral arrangement for a memorial service. I called Bed of Roses with about 15 minutes to the service and the woman I spoke with was great. She offered to arrange a vase for me as quick as possible. When I got there she was frantically working to get it ready and help me make the service on time. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. The price charged was very reasonable for the amount of advanced noticed and I was overall just very impressed. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Ginger and her team are very professional. I was traveling on business in South Carolina and knew my wife was having a not-so pleasant week. I called the shop and told them what I wanted and asked if they could deliver a flower arrangement to the Elementary school where my wife teaches the very next day. They were happy to do so. The next day arrives and about mid-way through the day, my sends a text showing the arrangement and how happy she was. The flowers were amazing! Ginger and her team went above and beyond and turned the "blah" week into a great week for my wife. Thank you!!!!

Always up against a time crunch and very particular about what I want/need. Ginger has always been able to help me.
