Nothing but car trouble!!! My husband and I bought this car last year. March 5 2016 to be exact. First problem was A/C trouble. 3 weeks to "kind of fix it." Week 2 the transmission went out and had to be replaced and the person doing the replacement (not ABC Autos Shop but one they sent me to) tried to keep it for a week and a half until I put up a fight. They scheduled me a time to drop it off then werent there at that scheduled time. They kept saying they had the part and then I brought the car in and magically no part or time to work on it. Week 3-4 Then the car started overheating. We replaced the thermostat which wasnt the problem. Took it to them they told me the thermostat I had just replaced the day before was bad. When I told them it was brand new they told me "they go bad easy." Took it back two days later with the same issue and they then replaced the radiator cap and said the seal was bad then topped off my fluid (how kind of them) and sent me on my way. Still having issues we went back a couple days later and they finally found a bad relay. We were a couple of weeks out of warranty and I had to beg to have them look at it but that seemed to fix the problem.....However, the car religiously overheats and when the overheating problem begins the A/C stops working and only blows hot. I have gone through both fan relays several times and have spent more time on the side of the road over heated than I have driving. Sometimes I can drive it around a bit longer if I run the heat full blast and being a Florida summer with a young child that is not ideal. I have since recently had to replace the alternator and the fan motor. Over heating problem is again fixed (most likely temporarily). It also has an oil leak and I constantly have to put oil in the car....Cant seem to find the leak. To top off the insult of the dealership. I just received a calendar in the mail with a picture of my car from them. The calendar is from April 2016-March 2017. I received it the first week of April 2017. They also are asking for referrals which is now prompting me to finally submit my review. I dont think there is anyone I dislike enough to send them to ABC Autos. Other people seem to have a good experience but we were definitely not one of them. Venture there at your own risk. Overall, clean car fax and passed ABCs inspection however... In one year..... Transmission Compressor Thermostat (twice) Radiator cap Relays (4 times) Fan motor alternator Tires (Not necessarily mechanical or the result of a bad car but another expense)

I actually had worked at ABC Autos until I ran into personel Driver License issues and was unable to drive to Tampa to stay employed with them... I can tell you from the inside that almost any person can expect to drive home on the same day in an extremely excellent vehicle without being beaten up over credit issues because that is exactly who they cater to and or in business to help... The process is very fast and in most cases I had folks smiling and driving home in about one hour... The cars are preowned nearly new looking as well as well maintained and typically owned by overly meticulas original owners... You can tell by how clean they are And how well they run... The owners are real family people as most employees are in the same family... That offers a pride of family name recognition and helps them to always do the right thing... There is no huge corporation ownership that has to make to much money for themselves which drives the prices way to high,,, (basically no greedy CEO),,, if anything does go wrong, because these are manmade machines, they always have your back because they do all the financing right through there in house, and for their own customers only financing process... No outside banks to rip you off or hunt down your car if your 2 days late... They work well with struggling clients that show consideration as to any late upcoming payment issues... If you tell my buddy and ex boss big Dylan (the sales manager) that John Costa sent you he will give you the best deal on some of the nicest Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Mini Vans, as well as Commercial Work Trucks and Vans, you could get additional favors and the best treatment as far as special incentives go... All the vehicles sold are protected by not only family reputation but also with real warranty coverage and they have a very large and well equipt certified mechical shop right on site on No. Florida Ave. In Tampa Fl. Dont worry about anything,,, grab a paystub and bring your drivers license, then just go on in and drive out with a smile... Guaranteed... Tell Robert Reyes that John Costa says hello and to give you the best deal.

Wow, talking about making a bad first impression. We researched a vehicle listed on their site (price, online reviews, etc) and were pretty much pre-sold before even calling. I called to verify that the vehicle was still available before making the trip down to Tampa to make the purchase. At this point, theres not much other than being ripped on price, or discovering the condition was not as described, that would discourage this purchase. Now, before calling, I am already aware that the NADA value in EXCELLENT conditon was 6100$, $5897 on Kelly Blue Book. So the theme here is that the value of the vehicle is between $5500 and $6100. So, one of the first questions I asked, how much?... Can we guess? He quoted almost $10,000 (it was 9 and some change). The price was almost 4000$ above the actual price of the vehicle (comp vehicles that I have been looking at are in the 5000-6000$ range with LESS miles). So I brought this up, nicely. Woah, thats almost 4000$ above what NADA quoted (I was in shock). Now, with a reputable business, this would open the door for negotiations; I dont mind paying a little bit more if it came to it. Not with ABC! The guy on the phone went off on me and started yelling at me and throwing useless sales babble We are the #2 dealer......blah blah blah. But, the fact that he YELLED, full on YELLED at me about my inquiry to the price. They just lost my business and I will not hesitate to tell EVERYONE I come in contact with to avoid this dealership. Update: I called and spoke with the manager and he was very apologetic, I still will probably avoid this place because of what happened but I feel better knowing that the manager wasnt happy with what had happened and he said hell deal with it.
