They really lured me in. Customer service was awesome. Everybody was so friendly. They even let me mail my trade in title to them and I wasnt prepared to buy a new vehicle yet but they did every thing in their power to get the deal done. I didnt even have the down payment but they took a debit card number and withdrew the money a few days later. They were not letting me leave without this vehicle. Come to find out the vehicle was never serviced after they bought it from an auction. The moment I left the place (as they were closing) the check engine light came on but I couldnt go back because they were closed.The oil filter was very loose and the previous owner overheated the truck big time. Cracked thermostat housing but I thought It was the water pump. I added water and watched the temp gauge for the ride home. It took a lot of water. I called 2 days later and they agreed to send me a check to cover the water pump because the warranty didnt kick in for 45 days which they never did send. I took the vehicle to a repair shop and they told me I had a blown head gasket. I called back and told them and they got kinda snooty with me accusing me of overheating it which if they would of looked in the radiator when it was purchased they woulda saw very little coolant and a cracked thermostat. Well they argued that it would of never of made it through auction with these problems. Well it did. They told me to try and wait til the warranty kicked in to get it fixed but also offered to send a truck to get it so they could look at it but I was told that they would not eat the cost of this vehicle transportation so I agreed to pay for that. Thats the last time I have heard from them and now the warranty has kicked in and come to find out its not covered. And Im willing to bet that once I try to get it fixed out of my pocket that the previous owner probably put some kind of head gasket sealer in it for a quick fix. Once again they did everything in their power to make sure I didnt leave without this vehicle and they couldnt of been nicer to me. Go figure.So now Im out the 2 grand I put down on a vehicle that sits. Thank you

Lets start by thanking everyone at Discovery Auto Center from the internet sales person "Chase" to Johnny in Sales to the Owner Robbie and Manager Bruce, Gary in financing and also Dawn at their service center for prompt and courteous service and also to the Mechanics for a great job done .From the moment i contacted Chase in internet sales and him connecting me to Johnny at Direct sales and having The Mini ready for a Test drive when i got there it was a breeze no hassle no sales pitch here are the keys take it for drive and then we will talk. went for the drive had an awesome ride came back after a long drive got to the numbers and work out the best deal on my Trade in and the final price .everything went smooth financing was smooth got the deal sealed and drove away with the vehicle . The reason for the legthly review was i ran into a snag when the cars engine light went on I contacted the Dealer right away they had me come back reset the light and I drove away again and the light came back on .They stated bring it back and we shall take care of it. In a timely manner they ordered the part fix the issue and the issue was resolved and The owner himself Takes deep Pride in his staff and their Business and it works .I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this has been the Best experience in buying a vehicle from a company that does what right by their customers. so far so good i love the experience and most of all the quality of customer service and vehicle i might add are of Higher Caliber vehicles i.e. BMW,Mercedes, Maserati ,Land Rovers and so on . The quality and service provided by Discovery Auto Staff and Team is what you want to experience . Thank you for you loyalty to the consumer and your Business . UPDATE: Just spent another $1,000 on the vehicle I bought here from pre-existing conditions. This brings the total Ive spent to repair the vehicle to over $4,000. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are dishonest. My husband and I live 2.5 hours away and saw a great car for sale with low miles on their website that would suit our familys needs. Because of the distance, we didnt have a mechanic look at the car before we purchased it, mistake #1. Discovery had to have known about the car issues upon the inspection following their purchase at the auction - the check engine light comes on a half day after resetting it. Though everyone at Discovery was really nice, the check engine light came on the morning after we bought it (Nov. 1st, 2016). I took it back to Tampa twice (spent over $70 out of pocket in gas and toll fees) and spent all morning and afternoon each time to have their mechanics "look" at it. Management (unlike the mechanic department) did not seem concerned at all to fix whatever is causing the issue(s) and put such minimal effort into making the situation right. Last time I went up there, I spent 6 hours waiting just for them to replace the freaking gas cap! Check engine light is still on. Meanwhile, the differential fluid leaks all over our garage floor and the underside of the car is completely rusted, which caused us to spend thousands of dollars in replacement parts. More than buyers remorse, we should have never purchased this vehicle. The manager was not forward with us about these issues upon our purchase. They have what they wanted - our money.

It started months ago... car shopping that is. We had been searching for a newer Mini Cooper (2-door S or Countryman S) for what had seemed to be years. Living in North Florida, we extended our search radius to 200 miles and often came up empty. It was Thanksgiving weekend and we were headed down to see family in Central Florida; figured, "hey, why not, were down here... lets search again!" BAM! A beautiful 2014 Mini Cooper S popped up in our search and I immediately sent a FB message to the dealership. Mind you, its 9pm on Thanksgiving night... after the dealership had closed, and they responded letting me know it was still available. The next day, I was contacted by Jeff, their internet sales manager and scheduled a time for us to come in to look at the car. A 2 hour drive later we pulled up and was immediately greeted by Milo ("Mee-low"). This guy was top-notch. Incredibly friendly, not pushy, and overall provided a great customer experience. Milo allowed us to take the car on a test drive, assisted us with financing, and locked us in on a great deal. Overall - great experience. We were not in there buying one of the Astons, Audis, Porsches or Vettes they had on the lot, but we were treated as such; just as important as those around us. The entire dealership was fantastic. Their finance guy was incredibly helpful and patient as we reviewed all of the docs. Discovery - Your team is awesome!
