Exceeded ALL Expectations!!!! I came to the dealership after speaking to a gentleman about the whole mailer process, so I listened and went up there. The first day that I went up there, the dealership was closed, but a lovely lady by that name of Amie, handed me her card and asked in general what I was looking to do, so I explained that I owed a large amount on my current car, but had been paying on it for a year and half, but because of the interest rate I was being charged, 24.99%, I felt like I was never going to get it paid off and it was getting up there in miles, so she said to come see her the next day and we would do the process in reverse and see what we could work out. I came in the next day, fully expecting to just leave in my car with some numbers to work towards saving over the summer, well about 2 hours later after Amie and Steve worked their tails off with getting me a payment relatively close to my current payment, I left that lot in 2017 Outlander Sport...never did I imagine I would have two people work so hard to make this happen. I was a little skeptical on the whole Mitsubishi brand, but it was Amie vast knowledge that showed me that these cars are #1 in safety rating and she not only explained this to me but she showed me with detail on the different aspects of the automobile itself. She is very knowledgeable on her products and just a stunning personality all the way around. I can not express how grateful I am for not only Amie and her dedication, but for Steve and his determination. The person in the beginning that told me to get up there and see what kind of deal could be worked out, was Jeremy Swartz, Allison Spitzers husband, and I will tell you that when I do see Mr. and Mrs Spitzer-Swartz, they will get an earful on how wonderful their staff at Spitzer Mitsubishi Sheffield was and how they did such a fantastic job.

Went in to look at a vehicle and took it for a test drive. In our findings it had bad tires, the air ride suspention did not work(rode like a tank), check engine light was on. They had a price tag of $5999. Well they did a code scan for us and came up with evac system failure and transmission component slipping. We were told they would have there mechanic look it over to see if there was anything they could do to help. Well said mechanic rescaned the vehicle to tell us what we already knew. We made an offer on the vehicle and was laughed out of the dealership. We were told that they would rather send it to auction I stead of selling it to us. The vehicle needs $3500 just in repairs as soon as it leaves the lot. Would of paid cash right on the spot. The salesman who was helping us was great but his manager is something to be desired. They wouldnt even negotiate the price. They say they strictly rely on Kelly Blue Book for there pricing and that the price they put on it was fair. Fair?? First off its illeagle to sell a vehicle off a car lot with the check engine light on. Second we were still willing to buy the vehicle with knowing the problems with it. Turning us down and saying they would send to auction first is not how you win business. Stay away from this joke of a dealership or you will get burned.

What I love about Christine is how easy she made this entire process. After I was recommended by my father, I went to visit her in the showroom and I was not disappointed. I was able to joke around with Christine which really took away the stress of buying a brand new vehicle at 21. While I knew I needed a new car, I was not convinced that I needed a brand new car. However, Christine gave me numerous options and in the end, I felt much more comfortable reaching a decision -- I wanted a brand new car. I love my Mirage G4 and I will not be giving it up anytime soon. When I thought I wanted the hatchback, Christine told me the advantages of the sedan (which is what I drove home in that day). She made sure I was informed and even when I came back a week later to give her the title to my trade-in, she sat with me in my new car and walked me through my CarPlay feature. She went above and beyond for me and I could not appreciate her any more. This is my second vehicle from Spitzer Mitsubishi and I am certain it will not be my last. Seriously, Christine rocks!

I scheduled a test drive for the Outlander Sport yesterday after work. I told them I was not ready to purchase just yet. At first I asked for a specific stock #, and was told it was available. A few hours later, I was told it was not available, but they had one similarly equipped available. "Here we go," I thought. "Theyre going to give me a fully loaded model that I will immediately fall in love with!" I was wrong! They pulled out one that was exactly the same, in a different color. When I got there, Alex gave me the keys, and told me to have fun. No hassling, no asking me for financial information so they could run up a finance package when I didnt ask for one, it was just a test drive. When I got back, Alex asked how it was and again, no hassling or beginning the stages of financing! We spoke for a few minutes, and I left. Long story short, no gimmicks!! So unlike other dealerships I have dealt with. They respected my wishes to nit purchase, which is rare! Proves to me that even if I dont get a Mitsubishi, I will be going back to Spitzer.

Went to look at a car, but, only if they could get near my monthly payment requirement. A few emails back and forth with a sales mgr, Matt, and I was given an estimated payment amount before my trade in-was told my trade in would decrease the payment more. After 2.5 hrs of being there, they did not come NEAR what the sales mgr estimated my payment to be. They were willing to come down on the price of this DEMO $100!! The next day, I called SIMS Mitsubishi with SAME vehicle:MODEL and features (spoiler) & was not only priced less AND they reduced the price further, they gave me more for my trade in and came very close to my payment request. 1 phone call and 2 emails to SIMS in Medina, & I bought a new car. Car at Spitzer was a DEMO - 4000k miles on it. SAME car, priced LESS at SIMS NOT a DEMO-199 miles on it. I purchased 2 cars from Spitzer before--Never again!

bought a car from here 3 weeks later engine is shot plus lots of other problems now im paying on a loan for a car that only worked for a few weeks plus paying for a rental plus trying to save to fix the car. TALK ABOUT MONEY OUT THE DOOR FOR NOTHING. They are just out get your cash thats all they care about. Terrible customer service.... I should have known better and read the reviews. My friend told me not to go here but i really wanted the car it looks really nice no rust but piece of junk not worth the price at all they are over priced . I knew it was too good to be true. Save your time and money and go else where. youll be better off they are very crooked!
