Horrible experience I purchased a car June 2, 2016 and traded my car in I went back two days later to get my old car back because the car I purchased had major problems and I was told nothing was wrong with it after they looked at it and the owner George told me all the paper work was done and my old car was already being payed off which was untrue it took the dealership until almost the end of July to pay off my old car which was making my old car payment way behind with my bank charging me a bunch of fees for a car a no longer had and now the car I purchased doesnt run the dealership told me to bring it in for them to look at it July 26, 2016 at 8:00am so I broke down on the way there got it towed to the dealership called them and told them it was on the way the receptionist told me ok Ill let you know when it arrives didnt hear anything for a while and I call the tow company told me the owner George Esparza refused for the car to be dropped off and looked at so my car was taken to the tow companies lot where I had to fight to get my car back and now I have a car that I just purchased and it doesnt run I have no money to get a new car as I am paying for the CAR I JUST PURCHASED the owner George Esparza refuses to help me I just dont want this to happen to someone else DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at W&S Auto Center. Jenny and the other staff went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect car for us, with a great down payment and a monthly payment that we could afford. Jenny is truly amazing at her job, so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. 2 weeks after our purchase I had a very small issue with our car and I called Jenny about it, assuming I would need to take it to a shop and pay out of pocket. Jenny got me an appointment to have the issue fixed asap, without any cost. Thats great customer service! We are so glad we made the decision to go to W&S, and Ill be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an open line of communication with the staff in order to purchase a vehicle and scheduled an appointment due to distance. 24 hours prior to the appointment, the vehicle was sold, without any contact made to me. The staff was so unprofessional, I received a text message only, and not the decency of a phone call. As a Veteran I pride myself on my word being valuable, but the staff here unfortunately lives up to the stereotype of a crummy and lying used car sales lot perfectly.

Very rude! The extremely unprofessional girl that supposedly does financing got irratated when we asked to fill out a credit application. Although this car lot has cars and says they finance they dont provide financing services with banks or credit unions. Owner spoke down to me and was extemely disrespectful. My husband and I left and bought a different car from a real dealership. I dont see how they have 5 stars unless they have a lot of friends writing reviews for them.

I purchased an Infiniti G37 convertible from W&S auto center back in May of 2016. Overall the the service and complete process went smooth without any issues and staff was very friendly. I decided to wait a few months prior to posting this review because I wanted to see how well the vehicle would hold up and to be able to rate the follow-up service AFTER the sale, Absolutely no complaints and would defiantly recommend them to any friend or family member. Thank You!

I recently purchased my Honda cr-v from W&S, Josh Johnson was my sale man and he was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy, he did everything he could to get me in the SUV I wanted with the lowest monthly payments. W&S staff are all extremely friendly and actually care about the quality of car and safety of what I put my family in I cant say enough good things about this place . Id recommend to everyone .

Although I was not able to get into the vehicle I wanted, the staff was excellent during the entire process. They tried everything they could do to try and get me in a truck, most dealerships would give me a straight "no" answer within a few minutes and that would be the end of it, but here it took three days of trying different methods to get me approved.

Absolute horrible car buying experience ever so many problems with the car I got and I traded my car in over a month ago and they have yet to pay it off to my bank so now Ive had multiple late fees from my bank and its going to mess up my credit because it hasnt been paid yet I would highly recommend not purchasing a car here.
