Purchased a used vehicle from this location that had been traded-in at the Jenkins Ft. Meade dealership. I purchased a used vehicle ("as is") which the salesperson (Joel) stated had been "fully serviced" when they took it in as a trade-in. On pickup, the interior was filthy, matted with dog hair and grease stains on the rug. I had to request that it be cleaned which was performed while I waited. On leaving the lot, the gas tank was empty. I took a picture of the interior and the "E" level of fuel, not noting until I looked at the pictures 3 days later that the check engine light was on. I took it to my local mechanic who pulled 13 codes, 3 of which were current. I called Joel who advised me that he would "look into" what he could do. I never heard back. I then emailed the main dealership in Ft. Meade. Within a day, Joel called and said he would, again, check what he could do. I never heard back. Now, several weeks later, the vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive by my local repair person who suggested I have it towed to the dealership. I emailed the dealership which did not respond. My local repairman showed me the sludgy oil and extremely worn spark plugs and indicated no service had been done to the vehicle in a very long time.The air conditioner does not work and clearly had not been "serviced". Overall, this vehicle is a 2 ton paper weight. Since purchasing it, I have put $750 into trying to make drivable and have now been driving a rental for 2 weeks bringing the investment up to $1000. Next stop, better business bureau...

Cannot say anything bad about this place! Joel our salesman was awesome! He actually made buying a car an easy and fast process! We drove 2 hrs to come here and it was well worth it! Would recommend anyone give them a shot! In love with our new truck!
