Constance Hinton Sesay Approximately a week ago I started looking for pre-owned cars. I was searching on the Internet and checking some dealerships. At several dealerships the sales representatives were hovering outside or directly in front of the door to pounce on you as soon as you exited your car. At one dealer I was reluctant to get out of the car as there were about 15 standing around the door. It was scary to say the least. Several dealerships could not even find the cars they had advertised. At least 2 of them, did not listen to my request as to the kind of car I wanted, and how much money I had to work with. They attempted to push off a few junk cars they were trying to get rid of. Needless to say I promptly left. I check the Auto Mart website and saw 2 vehicles I was interested in. I called and was assigned to Adam. When my daughter and I got to the car lot there were no sales reps hovering around the door. We entered the office and met Adam and Jeff, the owner. What a joy it was dealing with him. He arranged for me to test drive the 2 cars I was interested in and I choose one to purchase. I was pre-approved, but at the last minute my credit union wanted to increase the interest rate, add insurances that I did not need or try to talk me into a new car, which was not what I wanted. As a result, I decided to decline the loan. I had really decided that I wanted the car, so I contacted Adam to let him know what was happening and find out if there was anything he could do if I came back with $2,000. He told me to come back they would work it out. I met with Adam again, he efficiently processed my loan and the deal was done. The entire process went off without a hitch and it turned out to the most wonderful car buying experience that I have ever had. I did not know purchasing a car could be non-stressful. Auto Mart (Adam) listened to me and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. The atmosphere in their office was very warm and inviting. Adam, Jeff, Fred and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were great. Jeff the owner, discussed the way he runs his dealership. Customers are not to be pressured, as it is important to listen and trying to make the car buying experience a pleasant one. I am happy to say they went above and beyond what I expected. I have told everyone about the great experience and I will encourage friends and associated to check out Auto Mart if they are in the market for a car. They will not be disappointed. Jeff and Adam in particular, you guys are fantastic.

After traveling over half the state of Florida to find a specific car make/model the one we were looking for finally showed up in Ocala and it was at Auto Mart. Over the past two weeks of looking I had some pretty bad experiences. That would NOT be the case at Auto Mart of Ocala!!! Adam, Jeff and Fred went above and beyond to make this experience different. Adam handled my phone call and was upfront, honest and professional. I wasnt comfortable coming in to look at the car until I was sure it was with my financial budget. Adam calculated the numbers and assured me they could do the deal. When I arrived I was greeted and allowed to test drive the car without a salesman breathing down my neck, forcing conversation or distracting from paying attention to the car. Adam had a previous appointment and Fred was the salesman I ended up worked with. He was friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. Jeff, the owner was there every step of the way to answer any questions that I had and to make sure that I felt confident and secure with my purchase. The most reassuring part was several other customers had come in and were all treated the same way and no one had any issues or complaints. It was raining when they pulled the car around to the front of the building for me and the young man noticed the wipers were fairly worn and so he replaced them without question. The car is about as clean as they come for used cars. I am HIGHLY impressed with my experience at AutoMart. Adam and Fred are not your typical "used car salesmen". Jeff, you have a great business model and it shows through your employees and your cars. Keep up the good work and your personal touch and I am sure you will continue to thrive in Ocala. Kuddos to all of you. I couldnt of asked for a better birthday present.

Horrible place they sold my ex a 7 yr old Sebring with 140000 miles for 6900.00 and after there in house financing the total cost was well over 10000.00 for a 3000.00 car. Also after she missed a payment by ten days they sent a repo man out. She had made a partial payment and called. They gave no warning or calls. I mean ten days come on. Then wanted the 200.00 she was behind plus 500.00. Theyre over charging ppl selling cleaned up car with high miles and hers with bald tires. To mark up cars the way they do is rediculas. A car with 140000 miles is not going to be problem free through the length of loan and by the time u own it it needs to be replaced and Im sure theyll be happy to give u 1200 for the car u gave them 10,000 for two yrs ago and then sell it to another poor guy for a 600% mark up and also sell u another persons junk with crazy returns and no real value.

Omg where do I begin??!!! I absolutely LOVE automart and Jeff And all the ones that work so hard to make this place amazing!! Me and my family have been buying cars from them for years n years... they go wayyyyyy above n beyond to do whatever they can to make sure ur happy n satisfied.. many times they have saved me and they will work with you in ways no other dealership will. I will be a loyal customer forever!! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Trust me you will not regret making your next car purchase at automart!!! They are truly a special group of people and I consider them part of my family ❤❤❤

I have just finished purchasing my 4th vehicle from Auto Mart, one thing I can tell you that if Jeff Patton tells you he will do something you can take it to the bank! All of the staff bend over backwords to do anything and everything they can for you.....They go over every car before they are sold and they are nice, clean and if there is a problem he also gives you a warranty which most used car dealers dont do....anyway if your looking for a good used car and a buisness that will go above and beyond then go to Auto Mart... Thanks Jeff, Lisa, Adam, Fred, Bobby......

This place is amazing! Jeff and his employees are very nice and I havent ever had such a smooth and fast experience at any other dealership. They take care of their customers and are super helpful and understanding. I have a pickup truck from here and it runs beautifully and when I thought I had a problem with it, they fixed it immediately and even went as far as replacing other things. I highly recommend this place to anyone that does not want to have their credit checked and their vehicles are beyond reasonable pricing.
