By far the shadiest sales experience I have ever seen...and I am in sales. First off, if you are dead set on checking out Ganley, go for it! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! Check what Jay Honda has to offer and see how BAD Ganley was trying to screw you on your Honda. I went to Ganley because its well marketed and felt like I would get a good deal. Now I know why it is so well marketed. Seriously, read my experience. I dealt with Sid, who as a person, is a nice guy. He was talkative and great at building a relationship. Made me feel very comfortable and made me feel like he was on my side (HA HA HA). I was looking at a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 w/navigation. We test drove the 2012 and 2013 and I knew I wanted leather and navi and a v6 and the 2013 was just so much nicer to me so I was set on what I wanted. Sid came back with the craziest numbers possible. I told him theres no way. They wanted close to $750 a month for the car. So, being the nice and caring SALES person he was, he told me to get the 2012 with leather, a 4 cycl and no navi...THE PRICE HE WANTED FOR THAT WAS $580 a month!!! After being at Ganley for literally almost 9 hours I was ready to just give in and sign the deal. THANK GOD the bank was closed and we had to wait until tomorrow...hey Sid...ABC...ALWAYS BE CLOSING. Thankfully Sid isnt very good at his job. The next day I called Jay Honda to give it one more shot. They basically laughed at me when I told them what Ganley was offering. Which has to be expected...anytime you call a competitor they will always come under the numbers of what the other guy was offering...THIS is when it got fun!! Jay Honda was straight forward from the beginning. They offered me the car I wanted for OVER $200 a month cheaper than what Ganley wanted!!! Then, Sid calls me to tell me to come sign the papers for my 2012 4 cyl with no navi and I told him Jay completely beat him on price. Sids response was "theres no way, they are lying to you". Sid then calls me back with an offer of $540 a month for the 2012 4 cyl and no navi...I told him that I dont want that car and Jay is giving me the car I want for cheaper than that. He continued to call me with high payments on a car that I told him numerous times I did not want. He kept trying to drill it into my head that Jay was lying and they didnt have the color car I wanted in stock and he had the color I wanted (just not the right car) and I could pick it up today. Finally, I had to tell him that there was NO WAY I would do business with them. Even if they had the 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/navigation for the same price OR even cheaper I would NOT buy from them because I wasted 9 hours in the dealership with them while they tried to screw me on the car. Bottom Line: Ganley tried to charge me $16,000 MORE for the same car I bought at Jay Honda. Jay is professional and straight forward. Ganley wasted 9 hours of my time and tried to completely screw me. I would be very careful when buying from Ganley. Just so everyone reading this knows, I have no affiliation with Jay Honda what so ever. I simply went to them after being screwed by Ganley and Jay Honda was able to turn a horrible experience in to one of the best sales experiences I ever had. Hope this review helps!

I found Ganley Honda through a random Google search for "2012 Honda Civic" and they had exactly what I was looking for in a used car listed on their site. The car was a nice color, had their Gold Check Certified stamp, had a Carfax report readily available, and had low mileage. I requested information about the car through the Ganley Honda website and within 5 minutes Josh Price had sent me an email giving me his contact information and asking if I had any questions. Within a few emails, he had set me up with a time to come in the next day and he made sure that all of the paperwork would be available when I came in. When I went into the dealer, I asked for Josh and he thanked me for coming in and then introduced me to Dave Runser. As a first-time buyer I was already worried about the experience, especially after talking to my parents about what I would need to do, but Daves personality made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole thing. We checked out the car and he explained all of the features to me and then we took it for a test drive. After the test drive, we inspected the body of the car for any damage and found a minor scratch or two and Dave offered to personally do a touch-up on the damage for me. After that, we talked about how financing would work and I was given some time to be able to call my parents and talk to them about the whole experience. I greatly appreciate that Dave was willing to step away and wait for what ended up being a rather lengthy call. Once I decided that I was going to go through with buying the car, I was sent over to Nate Ford to deal with financing. This was another experience I was dreading but Nate and I were able to just talk about whatever came to mind, so that made things more comfortable. We got through signing some paperwork and there were no extra charges or fees from what I could see. Everything seemed very straightforward and simple, which was exactly what I needed. Id also like to note that when I went in the internet was down for the entire day. It made it impossible for the dealership to do things like credit checks, but I offered to stay to see if the issue would be resolved. Josh Price ended up going above and beyond what was expected and ended up having a computer brought in that could access the customer WiFi that was still working so he could start getting information to the people that needed it to complete transactions. Id like to thank Josh, Dave, and Nate for all going out of their way to make my first experience with car shopping a very comfortable one.

I bought a used odyssey a little less than six months ago from Ganley. Sales team made it sound like they gave us the best price and that they werent making any money off of the sale. In actuality it was a fair deal for both them and me. They also sold me a car care service program, mechanical failure and road hazard warranties through Fidelity Warranty Services. With the Ganley staff knowing and acknowledging that I was an out of town buyer, said that "any SAE certified shop" will accept these. They also said my local dealer will as well. Come to find out, as my car needs serviced, my local dealership does not accept these nor does any SAE certified shop, but you must take it to a dealership or shop that has an agreement with fidelity. Must I also add that, you cant find this list on the internet of shops that accept fidelity. Trying to get ahold of Ganley about this issue took multiple phone calls with most resulting in being sent to voicemail. Having finally got ahold of someone, I was told since its under six months I would receive a full refund minus $50 even though Ganley sold me these with no one in a reasonable distance to fulfill these warranties, when they knew I was an out of town buyer. I could accept on taking the short hand with the full refund minus $50, however having talked with the individual who handles cancellations, stated that I was only getting a percentage back of what I had paid which means they are keeping more than the $50. Therefore I feel I was taken advantage of and deliberately lied to. This has also happened to other individuals as I was told by the individual handling the cancellation, that the staff selling these warranties "the finance department had been telling customers that they can have these fulfilled at any SAE certified shop". In closing, the odyssey is all I thought it would be, I have lost respect and dignity for Ganley Honda and do warn all buyers too either not buy these warranty services or call and verify with Fidelity and your maintenance shop/dealership prior.
