1st sale went off without a hitch. Then I went to buy a second vehicle and when we went to pick up the car it had the hood up with some odd looking contraption attached with wires to the battery. Inquired what was going on, i was told, We are testing GPS." uh? Now mind you 3 days earlier i had already signed the paper work and put money down to purchase this car. NO mention of GPS or in the Paper work. And my first vehicle did not have this(or at least i was told it did not) Which was paid off with no late payments and paid off early.......NO Loyalty for good paying customers?? To make a long story short i busted them in the middle of putting this GPS in my car and asked why wasnt i told about this from the beginning(Invasion of privacy laws will apply here). I was told, there will be a GPS put in this car....Period. Jim Thornberg(I believe is his last name) was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and my little wife, who got scared because he started to get loud too. I asked to talk to the owner, Frank Lake, and was told he will not talk to you on the phone. Demanded my money back and went else were. The odd thing is the owner, Frank called me a couple hours later; not to make his customer happy, but to tell us, we are a family owned business and we want to protect our name. REALLY!!!???(I did not think Frank talked to customers on the phone as was told by Jim) I know GPS is becoming common practice, but you may want to let people know up front. and not be sneaky and try to put one in without the customer knowing and Jim should not have been so rude....Unacceptable.....SORRY Rick i had to let people know how sneaky the company your work for is. If you dont mind being tracked go with these guys.

We recently bought a truck from this dealership and have had nothing but issues! From the first month we got it , the second week the engine light turned on. We went back told them the issues .. said it was ok . Turns out it was the radiater and transmission going out! On top of that they did not disclose the trucks history which we were told (when it was getting fixed) that the truck had been wrecked before. We went back again they said it was unrefundable and we couldnt trade it back in for another vehicle. We spent about $2,000 in parts for it to get fixed on top of what we spent already on getting the truck. We had bought a vehicle from this dealership before and had no issues whatsoever. We were loyal customers but this will be the last time EVER! DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP .. numerous people have had complaints about the same issues!!! These people are frauds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if I could give negative stars I would but thats not an option....

Friend of mine bought vehicle from there and since he bought it, its had the same issues nonstop! The check engine light has been on since he bought it and yet they never fixed it. He kept bringing it in and they never could find the problem and every time it just got worse. Now they tell him the engine is going to go out soon, and they want to charge him for the last parts that didnt fix the problem. He asked to trade it in then for something that works and they told him he would need another down payment for it,which he doesnt have due to all the work hes missed from not having his car. Horrible service and they sold a bad vehicle! They need to help him get into another vehicle that isnt a lemon!

Experience seemed ok when I gave them my 2000 dollar deposit and 4 months in advance.2 months later I had transmission problems after getting front and back brakes.oil change.transmission flush. Basically the works done on a 2007 Nissan exterra..the insurance place told me it was in a accident that they denied so I ordered carfax..then they wanted too charge me 1700 to fix the transmission and didnt want to put me in another vehicle...they will never have my service anymore and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone..went to get my tag and they tell me dont worry about No money...Now I have a lawyer on this case

Just purchased the first vehicle from them..jim and crew where helpful and curtious..my family has purchased Vehicles from them..no complaints..will continue to do business with them again in the future..unfortunately some people have different opinions and experiences.. mine. 0% interest. Have been family owned for over 30 years. Buy here pay here with no credit checks. Great family owned business with strong community roots. Please dont be swayed by negative comments. Sometimes people dont pay and get upset when we are forced to pick up their vehicles.

I have purchased 2 vehicles through Main Street Auto and had a pleasant experience both times. Frank helped me find the type of vehicle that would fill my needs and gave me a more than fair price on both. When its time to upgrade again, he will be the first one I call :)
