I bought a new 2017 Toyota Sienna from this dealership and had a great experience overall. I worked with Max at the time and he was straight forward and worked hard to find the exact van I wanted. Fast forward not even three months later one of the doors on my new van stopped working. Not only did it stop working but it was extremely hard to close manually leaving me stranded at Target with three kids unable to close the door. I contacted the dealership and I was told to drop van off at service department. The first time they got the door working within a few hrs and sent me on my way. A day and a half later same problem. So again, I called dealership. This is where my experience changed. I was told to bring the van back in and that they would have to open a case with Toyota as this problem had not been encountered before. So I dropped the van off and was called a few hrs later and told the motor and computer in door needed to be replaced and they would have to keep van overnight. Fine. The next day I didnt hear from them so at about 3 in the afternoon I called for an update, and as soon as I asked for my associate, the secretary got a good laugh. Apparently Im high maintenance, after all asking for a working car, that you paid over 40 grand for was way too much to ask ... and surely its not a big deal that Im left without a car for the second time. I brushed it off and had my husband pick up the car that evening. The next morning I drove my kids to the store. Upon loading up the groceries AGAIN the door wouldnt close. So I called the dealership. This time I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke to Victor. This was on a Saturday. He told me he would set me up with a rental car on Monday. On Monday at about 11am still no call. So I called and spoke with Jack. As I was explaining my situation and frustration he said "Im going to inturupt you... sorry but I know whats going on.." and "vans are hard to accommodate so we are looking for one, we will call you when we find one". Again, I felt as though I was treated like I was unreasonably high maintenance. Come to find out after dropping it off for the third time, they never replaced the computer, which is what I was told the second time. At this point I felt helpless in the situation. When I went to pick up the rental the lady setting it up asked for my ID and credit card, at which point I asked why they needed my credit card... her response "for the rental" duh!!?! With an annoyed look on her face. When I mentioned I thought the dealership was taking care of it she then explained it was only for the file, in case of damage. How dare I ask where my money is going. Then, they bring the rental around and 5 service guys watched me muscle three car seats and three kids, not one of them was doing anything and not one asked if they could help. I did what I had to do, and got out of there. Terrible customer service. Finally, I get a call from Jack three days later. They found a loose connection, and he felt confident sending me home with van as it had not malfunctioned. So I drive to the dealership. Speak to a service rep and she hands me my keys. I walk across the lot to get in my car... no they didnt bring it around. Once inside the van, I turn around to notice the panel on door was off, wires exposed and trash, that didnt belong to me was scattered around the back of the vehicle. Unbelievable!! So I walk back across the lot and of course its all apologies. If you want good and honest service the first time, dont use this dealership. Im upset I gave them my money in the first place!!

Like others who have reviewed this dealership, I dont often write reviews, but Ive never had a car-buying experience this bad. They told me over the phone when I was comparing prices at other dealerships that they could definitely work with the price target I was looking for and I asked them to make sure, telling them I would be driving four hours each way, and would have to go to the bank to get the necessary funds. I didnt want to waste my time. They assured me it was doable, so I made the trip with my family. Once I got there, they let me take the test drive while my family waited, but then when I got inside, they switched it up taking a hard line on the price, claiming their phone salespeople arent supposed to make deals via the phone -- probably assuming I would buy anyway since I had already made the long drive and didnt want to leave empty-handed. Bait and switch at its worst. I think they seriously expected me to go for it, saying that they could finance the difference. Wow. Honestly, I should have seen the red flag when I asked them to email me confirmation of the negotiated price. "We cant email the negotiated price, but dont worry we can do it." Cant believe I took them at their word. When I asked to speak with the General Manager to see if there was anything he could do and so I could explain what had happened, I expected him to make it right in some way -- say that it was an error, but that he could work with me on price to a degree. Meet me halfway or something. Or at least be sincerely apologetic since I had wasted more than eight hours of driving. Instead, he came out annoyed to have been bothered and basically told me and my family that he wasnt going to sell me the vehicle anywhere near that price, called me a liar and said the only phone call I made to them was to check to see if the vehicle was there the morning I got on the road (I have phone records that prove otherwise and Im sure they do too). Then, he walked off in the middle of the discussion. Why would I call just to see if a vehicle is available and drive four hours each way just to look around and not purchase the vehicle? I was stunned and I could tell the front desk staff were too. So heres the good part of the story: We left, I easily found another Toyota dealership with some manners who sold me the same vehicle for a much better price (the price I offered to pay this dealership -- the same price that I was told on the phone was reasonable, but was later told was not). Ive been a happy owner for more than a month now. So, dont write Toyota off. There are plenty of great Toyota dealerships out there. This one is the exception. In fact, I wasnt even going to write this review until this dealership began calling my phone this week to try and sell me a vehicle after all that. Seriously? That was the last straw, so here we are. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

03/26/2017 -I just want to let you know that this place has bad customer services , I just had a bad experience and I want to share this with you , I was searching for a vehicle to buy and call this dealer , Spoke to Jamie over the phone to Confirm that vehicle was still available , I was told buy Jamie that the Vehicle was still available , We was excited at the time , so we schedule a reservation with the salesperson , Before we left home we call in the morning and spoke to michelle at this time and was confirmed that vehicle was still available , was told one again that the vehicle was still available , So we headed on out way we travel 2 hours and 1/2 almost 3 cause of traffic I called once again to informed that we was on our way and spoke to Jamie and she said it ok we are waiting for you . You could believe when we got there to Dealer I was receive by a guy which I cant recall his name at this time , He went back to informed Jaime she came to us and said that the guy who receive us will take us to see the car , we was excited once we go to the lot where the car should of been there was no car Park ..The guy ask us what is the car we told him and his look on his face keep on asking us are your interested in another car and we said no we are interested in the vehicle that we came to see . we made reservation we come from a long way to see this car .. He keep on asking are not interested in another car, I look at my husband and said the car is not here. Our excitement just change completely, When we went back to the office this other guy was talking to my husband and was told that the vehicle was sold the day before in the morning ,, Listen this was the worst experience ever , If you go to this dealer dont take there word over the phone they lied those girls are there just for commision for every appt schedule they get pay for , so if you call and make an appt make sure you speak to a manager , cause those people that answer the phone are just a scam ... Bad but a bad experience waste of time waste of gas .. I dont recommend this place to anyone.. Left really upset and dont recommend this place to no one..
