First off I would like to give five stars for the sales staff namely David Murray. I had a great experience, no pressure sales attitude. I have owned my new 2015 Ford F150 for 7 months and I am very satisfied with it. But then again all I have ever owned are Fords. I have bought all my new Fords form Empire Ford because of great deals friendly people and a very professional service department. Well this time I could not come to terms with Empire Ford on a new truck so I ended up buying from Friendship Ford in Bristol. With this said I figured scene I bought from friendship I would have my truck serviced there also. Well if you noticed I gave one star. I am very displeased and reason 1 is my first oil change was free and all points inspection but was charged for tire rotation. After leaving I checked my tire pressure and they were low. I filled them up to the correct psi of 35lbs no big thing just thought it was a little strange after buying a truck for $30000 that a tire rotation would be a courtesy thing. Well now we go into the second the 10,000 mile checkup and oil change. I set up an appointment for the works the $39.95 special that cost me $49 and some change but before the service and charge I distinctly asked that the tire pressure be checked when rotation is done. I purposely let 5lbs of air out to see if this would be done and guess what the tires still had 30lbs in each tire. Now I wonder if they even rotated the tires. Well I probably wont be back but Ill be a little ashamed to take my truck to empire with a friendship logo on the back but at least I know what supposed to be done will be done. I hate to think what I pay for might not be getting done and thats the feeling I get with Friendship service department. Also when I take our 2015 focus to empire for the $39.95 works I pay $39.95.

NOT AN HONEST DEALERSHIP! The name of this dealership is a joke. We test drove a used vehicle, decided to purchase, left (much to the salesperson, DAVIDs dismay) to secure financing from our bank. Once we had a check for the vehicle the next day I called the salesperson back to tell him we had the check and intended to purchase, but would not be able to have our mechanic come look at it (the salesperson told us "we would be lucky to be able to take it off the lot to a garage") until the next day. He asked for a NON-REFUNDABLE $500 deposit. I told him without knowing anything about the mechanical status of the vehicle, I was not willing to put a non-refundable deposit down, knowing that most used vehicles have a couple minor services or repairs that need to be made (and usually negotiated into the deal). I told him we had a check with friendship fords name on it, and we would be there at 10 the next morning. The next morning I called, but he would not answer his cell phone, or his office phone. We arrived at the dealership, mechanic in tow, only to have the sales floor manager come out and tell us very rudely that our salesperson had sold the car the evening before. I was told "You should have paid the deposit." Fair enough, alls fair I suppose in the cutthroat battledome of car dealerships, but could you not give someone a call and say, "by the way, dont bring your check, dont bring your mechanic, dont waste your time, Im a jerk and I sold a vehicle right out from under you that you clearly stated you would purchase?" If theyll lie to you and avoid you when they want to avoid the fallout...what else will they do? This salesperson also made jokes about how they could deceive people into signing up for financing at 22%. UNSCRUPULOUS at best!

Bought a Ford Certified Preowned 2014 F150 there in June. The sales person was nice and the experience was fairly painless. When I got the truck home, I noticed that there were three or four 1/4ish inch holes drilled in the bed of the truck. I called the sales guy back and asked if they had noticed the issue before they sold it to me, and he quickly said that no one there had seen it or they would have told me about them. I asked the salesman what options we had, and he went back and forth with the used car sales manager for several days before calling me and basically telling me that there was nothing they were willing to do for this. I called the used car sales manager and asked him myself what they could do to ensure the holes would not rust, like a spray in bedliner, and was rudely and immediately told that they would not be doing anything like that. He offered me their discount with a local spray in company, which that company offered me over the phone without me mentioning the dealership or the issues we had discussed. UPDATE After reading some of the reviews here, I took a chance and contacted Denny, the general manager of the dealership. After speaking with him and having him look at the bed of my truck, he has agreed to provide me a spray in bedliner at no cost to me, which satisfies my concerns about rust completely. Given this, I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

From the beginning, my wife and I felt so at home at your place of business. We had been under the weather the last couple of weeks, and the salesman politely said if we wanted to come down and look at the vehicle, hed bring it inside for us. So, on a Sat. evening, we went and looked at it, and he had it inside the bay area, warm and toasty, when it was windy and cool outside. We also test drove it. We hadnt planned on buying that evening, but at the deal we were offered, we purchased it. The staff stayed 2 hours past their closing time to take care of us, and we felt a little bad that they stayed so late on a Sat. evening after working so hard thru the week. We left at 9pm and I dont know what time they left. We picked up the Ford Escape Mon. evening, and they had that vehicle looking like a shinny penny inside and out. The engine compartment looked brand new. Mike, Craig and all the rest of the crew that had to do with the sale, were so polite and most helpful. We would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. Ive been looking for 2 years on a 100 mile radius, and no one came even close to the deal offered to us at Friendship Automotive at 1855 Vol. Parkway , Br. Tn. Thank you at Friendship Ford !!! A Special thanks to Mike Chambers-(Whitewater) and Craig. May God Bless you all !!!!!!!

I dont know if I just drew the short straw or what, but my 2nd purchase from Friendship has been nothing but a money pit. I bought an 04 Explorer 2 years ago and 4 months later, the transmission went out about 4,000 miles past 100k. I bought the extended warranty, which (guess what???) would only pay for a used transmission. A new one wouldve set me back an additional $2k+. Since then, its been one thing after another - mostly things the warranty DONT cover. The things wrong with this vehicle were obvious to my local mechanic. There are things needing repaired that I cant afford to repair ahead of time. Last night, the gear shift broke off in my hand! Im at the point where Im ready to just let the finance company have it because I cant keep shoveling money into a LEMON and pay the loan company - and pay for all of my other living expenses. Rich Im not. I would just recommend using caution if you are looking to buy a used vehicle from this dealer, especially if youre interested in a different vehicle and they continuously push another one you "because its such a better vehicle." Lesson learned. I have to give them 1 star because I feel like they had know about some of the pending problems with the vehicle. I feel they put band-aids on to get it sold. And this unlucky sucker bit the bait.
