I was just looking for a better service for phone, TV, alarm and Internet. I ended up signing for all the services. While in there the there was a buy one very one free for the cell phone we bought and the manager told me that in a couple of bill cycles that we wouldnt have to pay anything. The bill cycles came and gone and it didnt do what he said, it actually only took off the payment for the month on the phone instead of completely free of the payments for a couple months. We went in there and talked to another associate and that person they said that Att told them to lie to customers about the free for a couple months. Ever since I sign with them, I have been having problems with all services. I also left the wireless because they were worse than what I had.

Great customer service. Long story short, I try to buy a new iPhone as Xmas present for my son on-line. ATT initially messed up my order and told me it would take 24 hours to be corrected. 4 days and multiple phone calls to ATT later and the problem still wasnt fixed. I went into the store in person to see if someone could help me. Marco did some taps on his tablet, made a couple of phone calls and 20-25 minutes later I walked out with a new phone. Thanks Marco, you helped save Christmas.

Walked in to the store twice and they didnt even bother to say hello or acknowledge. Customer service ?!?! I wont be going back to this location again ...
