My husband purchased a chain and a charm for me for Mothers Day. Unfortunately, the chain slipped off my neck and I lost both the chain and the charm. This has never happened to me before so I went back into the store and shared my dilemma. The very helpful sales clerk replaced the charm for me free of charge. When I told my coworkers about my positive experience, they were not surprised. The personal care they give you at this store is evident from the moment you step inside.
