Horrible experience buying my husbands wedding band at this store. It broke in half when he dropped it a few months later. It was a tungsten ring with three diamonds. The price tag said $599 but they had a special for $299. Apparently its an ongoing special because when I went back it was still on sale. They offered to charge us a reduced price for a replacement ring after they kept the ring for 5 days to supposedly call the manufacturer. I asked for the manufacturers name and they would not give it to me. I went back a second time and they said they didnt know who manufactured the ring. I dont like the dishonesty or the fact that his ring broke so quickly. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

When you are looking for something special these clowns are right by your side. They will tell you about their great warranties and how theyve been in business 20+ years and its family run. How if you lose a diamond they will replace it for pennies on the dollar. Bold face lies. I had issues with a very expensive piece approximately 3 months after purchase and they said they would replace for a hefty price. I was irate. They walk around with there calculators doing basic arithmetic a 5 year old could do in his head explaining to you as they point to their calculator what a good deal you will be getting. Go ANYWHERE else and dont give this family of incompetent fools a penny.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and I have purchased items and had items serviced. On no occasion have I had any problems with anything I had purchased or serviced by them. My expectations were always properly set and the quality of their work has always been perfect. I have found the family to be honest and true to their word which is why I will continue to do business with them. I definitely will visit their store first when I shop for my next gift for my wife.

This place is a joke. Not only do they not stand behind anything they sell. They play ignorant if you have any kind of issue with the item you purchased from THEM. They literally have no knowledge of watches and or jewelry. I will make it my personal mission to make sure you do not purchase anything from them and go to a reputable and upstanding storemail run by competent caring people. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWARDS.
