I customized design my wifes engagement ring and they were wonderful to work with. Especially when I showed them my designs using a napkin and sketches so they taught me about diamonds, certifications, and metals so my ring would be structurally sound.All before I even made a single purchase. With their customized process, they made a wax mold, which I reviewed and approved, then showed me the finished product. I actually was not completely satisfied which they stressed with the first casting so they remelted it with a different wax mold and it came out perfect. Great service, great value, and a great experience. If you looking to get away from the chain jewelers, this is the place to go. Ask for Corinne!

We have been to several jewelers over the past few months and must say Luxor Custom Jewelers was the best by far!!! Theres no other place we would go to first when looking for jewelry. There was absolutely no pressure and you can tell they truly appreciate your business. All questions were answered honestly and they even worked on getting us the best deal without us having to ask or haggle. The custom work they did on the ring was perfect and easily surpassed our expectations. We were very pleased with the shopping/buying experience and would definitely recommend this be your first stop when shopping for jewelry. Their selection was great and again we felt no pressure at all.

The quality of the ring that we had made custom made at Luxor was poor. On two separate occasions, we had diamonds fall out of the ring which were subsequently lost. On a third occasion, we had one of the sides of the ring (bezel) actually fall completely apart. All of this happened over a span of just 3 years. Overall customer service was disappointing considering the trouble we had with the ring. I would have expected a great deal more given our issues with the ring and the price that we ultimately paid for it. I will never go back.........

Excellent customer service.... Quality work. I recently customized my fiancés engagement ring and they were so patient with me throughout the entire process. They made a wax mold of the ring which I approved and then they made the final product. It looked absolutely stunning. The ring was better than I could have imagined.
