Not very helpful and misled my other half to believing he bought a white gold neclase when in actual fact it was sterling silver not very happy especially after complaining about how the chain broke several times and I had to threaten to talk to the main honcho to get the chain replaced and than the same rep that told me I was wasting my time told me the Chain was brand new for me to pick up the following day lol the way they write there receipts no guy or most woman would pick up on this $200 for a sterling silver charm and neclase is a rip off. Hope this review helps others

The man working tonight at this location is a great person. I wish I could of gotten his name, but I did not. My son had bought a engagement ring somewhere else and was worried there was something wrong with it. The man working tonight looked at the ring under the microscope and checked out the ring over for us. The ring was fine, but he took the time to tell my son about the ring quality. He knew we were probably not buying anything. But he was so kind and helpful. A plus service. Recommend to all.

Nice service but broke two watchs while replacing the batterys however they did fix the watchs but still
