I bought my wifes engagement ring from a jeweler from my home town, the ring had a matching band that went along with it. I wanted my wifes ring to stand out so I wanted to purchase bands for both sides of the ring. Needless to say the price was astronomical, so I passed on the bands and found some that were a lot cheaper. I constantly looked at every jewelry store to find bands that matched her ring better with no luck. Then I met Jeff when I needed some diamonds tightened up. He was very knowledgeable and mentioned that he could actually make the exact bands to match the ring. He explained the process and I gave him the go ahead to build them. I am a very picky person, but he surpassed my expectations with ease once they were finished, and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! I highly recommend this place if you are looking to upgrade, or customize a ring!

Our experience with this business was fantastic!!! They are super friendly, interested in pleasing the customer, and completely professional. We went to them in hopes of using a family heirloom to create an engagement ring. They have us great advice, allowed us to see our options without even committing to use their service, there was absolutely no pressure. We ended up using them to customise the setting in a ring they helped us find and the work turned out beautiful, unique, and perfectly sized. Top service and extremely reasonable prices created a wonderful experience that set us at ease and we cant say enough good things about it. Will be using their services in the future!

Co-owner Richard Saxen straightened out my diamond stud platinum post right before closing on Christmas Eve, and didnt charge me, wow! Theyve also done several small repairs and battery replacements, quickly, reasonably, and courteously. They stock beautiful jewelry, both new and estate pieces; I need to get a new mounting for my diamond engagement ring and will shop here first. Thank you, Jeff and Richard!

Jeff and everyone at the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable folks. I have had now three custom rings made here and every one of them has exceeded expectations. The most recent ring, an engagement ring, I only had a picture to show Jeff. He took the picture, made the modifications I wanted, and helped make the ring my own. These guys are a class act, will do business with for years to come.

A friend recommended that I take my gold bracelet here so that I could have the clasp fixed. I expected to drop it off. Not only wasnt it as bad as I had thought, they fixed it in minutes and cleaned it too. When I asked what I owed, he wouldnt take any money.
