Would give a ZERO if possible.... Ive bought from there before with no issues, but looks like the place has changed. Went in with my 3yr old daughter to pick something for Mothers day and Ill ignore the fact that because I was in a sleeveless shirt with tattoos it made the associate not want to assist us, but when I approach her and start speaking with her about what we are looking for my little girl says she has to go potty..... I politely ask the lady if they have a restroom I can use for my little one and I get the answer of "no sorry........ Jasons Deli does across the parking lot." I get you dont want to allow customers to use your private bathroom but really, a 3yr old?!?!?!?!?!? Tell me no thats fine I can hold it (would never ask for myself) but a THREE YEAR OLD!!!!! Love the Christian values demonstrated that day....

Not the best customer service when I wanted to try on stackable rings... They brought out one in my size and two others in a different size and said I could just try them on a different finger. That is not what I wanted to see. I think they should have searched a little harder to find my size. Maybe another store will be more helpful.

By far the best customer service Ive ever received at a James Avery Store. They soldered my charms the very same day. Trust me, Ive been to other James Avery Stores with awful experiences but this brand new store has really changed the way I view James Avery. The staff there is very nice and helpful. :)

WILL NEVER BE BACK !!!! TOLD US THE 300.00 DOLLAR RING WE BOUGHT WAS ONLY TO BE WORN ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS...WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN FOR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY...AND TRIED TO CHARGE US FOR IT....NEVER AGAIN...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! AND ILL WHERE THE RING WHEN EVER I WANT !!!
