WORST SERVICE...My friend introduced me to James Avery a few months ago and I bought this ring the very next day. When purchasing, the lady told me to stop by anytime, and they will polish the ring. Today (Monday) I stopped by the same store I purchased it at (in Southlake, TX) and the ladies were so rude. There were only two other couples in the store, and I was told at 1:30PM that they would not have my ring ready until 5PM (THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER...SERIOUSLY) because they did not have the staff (even though 3 employees were working). I then left to go to another store and then walked past James Avery again 30 minutes later and NOBODY was in the entire store besides the 3 employees. I walked in and told the lady (different lady) that I was informed that my ring couldnt be polished until 5PM and that I just wanted to stop by quickly because it "only takes a few minutes to do" as she had said. The lady refused to help me because they were "busy" even though I was the only person in the store and there were three staff members. I understand that they have other work to do, but as the only customer in the store, I expect them to assist me. Obviously James Avery does not value its customers, and I am no longer a fan...very unfortunate. And Im sure if I would have purchased something today, they would have polished my ring right then and there without giving me trouble. Also the website says "Stop by your local store for a complimentary professional cleaning." NOT "Drop off your jewelry for a complimentary cleaning".

Just walked out. Stayed in there for around ten minutes. No one said a word to me. I stayed in the same area and had written down a few things to look closer at. People walked in after me were greeted immediately and asked if they needed help. I made eye contact with a lady who just looked away and found something else to do. I walked past a lady at the front door to leave and she didnt say a word to me either. Apparently something about me said I wasnt worth their time or assistance. Going back to the North East mall later. The JA in there always helps us no matter if its buying or just browsing.

Despite this locations large number of clients they have always treated me well. Dont expect go get a present on a holiday weekend without a large crowd. Good jewelry at a good price always pleasing. My wife has never not been happy with what I she found or received. We purchased a second set of wedding bands from this location many years ago. They have always offered to polish them while waiting to pick up our purchases!
