I have not had good experiences at this hardware store. On multiple occasions Ive been talked down to and once an employee asked: "what is a little girl like you doing in a place like this?" I have not and will not be back.

The store is deceiving. They have a lot of items one wouldnt expect that even some of the bigger hardware stores dont carry. Friendly & helpful staff and always a place to keep in mind when looking for this or that.

Westlake pretty much has everything that home depot doesnt. Although you cannot get lumber here they have everything else I have ever needed for small jobs here and there. People are friendly and knowledge.
