Overpriced. Not even convenient anymore. I was trying to buy a paint brush at closing. 3 people already in line. I told the kid I know exactly what Im getting and where it is. But he would not allow me to stand in line with the others. Whats one more 2 minute transaction for a paint brush? I live 5 streets behind ace in imperial oaks, and every time I go here theres a problem. Do yourself a favor, drive 10 minutes further to Home Depot and pay normal prices

Everyone at this location is so friendly and always willing to go the extra step to help. We bought a wheel barrow one time and it didnt fit in our car, an employee (I think it was the owners son) put the wheel barrow in his truck and drove to it to our house! I went inside to get some cash to tip him and he had already unloaded it and was gone. So sweet - he didnt even expect anything for going the extra mile. A rare find these days.

I love this particular ACE store. Very different from all the others. The people are super helpful and friendly and they have a great boutique section. I can always find a birthday or Christmas gift. As far as hardware goes - they always have what I need. Might cost a little more than Home Depot - but dont have to fight the traffic and I will pay for great customer service.

They are going to be a bit more expensive then your big box stores but if you want fantastic customer service this place has it in spades. I was really impressed with them and every time I go in there they are very friendly and helpful. It really is nice to be treated with respect.

We are fixing up our Garage. I want to paint it Texans colors ( red and blue) The girl said they do not have those colors and no one has ever asked them for Houston Texan colors. Kinda hard for me to believe. Nice staff though. On to Home Depot!!!

It is a bit more expensive than a big warehouse store, but their customer service is wonderful! Also, they have a gift shop that is full of unique & beautiful things. Quick, convenient & local. If thats what youre looking for, look no farther.

Would love to buy local and not support the big box stores but this store offers little more than empty shelves with a tag taunting me with the item I need that has sadly not been reordered...in quite some time. Restock. Restock.

I love, love, love this store! The staff is always so helpful and kind! I can find gifts needed in the boutique! Sometimes pricey but what the management does as a supporter of the community far outweighs the price jump! XOXOXO

Empty shelves in the hardware department. 2nd time I have tried to get basic parts here and failed both times. Their area of toys and fluffy things is well stocked, not what I would expect from a hardware store.
