The store clerk could not be bothered to look up from his phone to ring me up. When I finally got his attention he scanned my purchases in without putting them in a bag or even offering to do so. I tried to point out a mistake on the credit card slip and he interrupted me by saying that "he knows how to do his job." I tried to clarify because it was a legitimate mistake and he interrupted me again saying the same thing. This store used to have amazing customer service, but it looks like thats not a concern of theirs anymore. Too bad... I will have to spend my hard-earned money at a big-box discount store.

A friend if mine needed a vacuum belt that wasnt in stock. They had no problem ordering it for her. 3 weeks later it came in and it was the wrong one. Tried to return it and vacuum guy was very rude and told me " it is the right one and she will not get her money back..only store credit because he wasnt going to eat the cost if it". Now why would u want to have a store credit b if they treat u like this. Never ever will I shop at Roach Hardware AGAIN!!
