A Private User

I am a regular customer and live in the area (within 5 miles). My dilemma is that I work near downtown and sometimes have a hard time making it to the store during business hours. On 5 occasions when they have been having a REALLY Hot Item sale, even on the first day of the sale, when I did get there to make my purchase, the item I wanted was gone and supplies were exhausted. Being a regular and having a Rewards card, I wonder if "store policy" could dictate that we could call ahead to reserve the quantity of the item we want to purchase insuring that if I could not make it in that day, I could get it the next day. I even took my concealed handgun license instruction at this location and try to be loyal to this store. Any chance this suggestion would be considered? Thank you!

I even dont feel to give one star for this store specially for the post office associate. She is one of the rudest woman that I ever came across. Shes pretty much racist which I marked every time I came, she deals differently with white and non-white customers. She dont know what she is doing with her customers or doesnt care at all. I would request the manager to remove this woman (square face with short hair) without much delay. She might have 1001 reasons behind her ill behavior but we dont go to the post office to be treated so ugly and and to be embarrassed like this. I also feel like to put a review every day until she stops showing up there.

Poorest customer service ever! Ive been here twice and have gotten the rudest associate ever when attempting to utilize the post office services. I will no longer give this place my business as I can not get basic respect as a customer.

Any time I have a mystery or need help finding something. ...Ace is the place! Purchased a ceiling fan mop to clean blades......but no pole to put it on. Took that with me, and yep, found a pole to attach mop to......love that place!

I have been here at least 15 times and it is still terrible! I cant believe the poor service, the manager at this location is known to racially profile!!!! Very unprofessional, I advise you to save a trip and go to another location.

Sure they might not carry as much variety as Home Depot, but they more than compensate it with their top-notch customer service. Their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention theres a post office inside too!

I will only get keys made at this location. I have tried other locations and stores but they NEVER WORK, I know if I get a key made here I can go and use it right away - every time!
