Ive gone to these guys for so many different types of home projects: sprinkler systems, paint, wall repair, plumbing, etc. Each time theyve gone out of their way to offer me advice and even instructions on how to do the repairs. I have an older home and pieces of it break unexpectedly. And like a crotchety old man, it stares at me judgmentally insinuating that its all my fault. This last summer, for example, I had a major leak on my main water shut-off valve, and had no idea how or where to start. I had a professional plumbing company quote me (over the phone) several hundred dollars to replace it entirely. So before going that route, I brought the Ace guys pictures (and eventually the entire system) to see if I could repair it on my own. They helped me identify and remove one of the relief valves that had fractured like a bad hip (did I mention it was a HUGE amount of high-pressured water?) and replace it, then explain how to repair and rejoin the PVC pipes to it. Now it works perfectly. In short, instead of duping me into buying extra parts or lazily sending me elsewhere, they went the extra mile to teach me how to do it, and that made all the difference.

I usually go here when I cant find what I need elsewhere. They normally have it. Customer service is excellent and they normally can answer questions the Larger Corporate store staff cant or wont. Rocky in particular is great and will followup with you. Highly recommended.
