Its sad that this place is usually empty of customers. Their employees are always very helpful and everyone welcomes you as you walk in. Their selection of nuts & bolts and other odd fasteners hands down beats the surrounding big-box stores by a mile. It is also very convenient being right next to our subdivision. Pretty upset that most (but not all, yet, read boxes carefully) Craftsman tools are made in China now, yet they still want Made-in-America prices for them.... Not sure how much longer Sears will continue to survive. Good selection of hand tools too.

Excellent customer service most of the time. Fair pricing but their SPECIALS are great! Cool stuff in hardware, appliances and paint. If they dont have what you need, very happy to help you find it, either at other Sears locations, online or even tell you which other places carry it. Extremely knowledgeable man in hardware (Joel) is 85 years old! Amazing man who knows almost every tool in store and how to use them. If hes not there, ask for Lewis!

Asked for assistance in hardware, no one ever showed up. When I finally found what I was looking for myself. I took my bolts to the front and they had the nerve to ask me to go get the prices for them ( I provided the sku) When I informed the manager she was not shocked and did not even apologize. Poor customer service. ( FYI I am 9 months pregnant, not a disabled person but expect some help when requested.)

HORRIBLE! Ordered a changing table for our new son in february and got an email on march 16 saying it was at the store, went to pick it up and they didnt have it. It is now the 29th and after calling and emailing customer service, managers and supervisors, nobody knows where it is. If its not delivered to our house in the next week were going to the local media including fox26, abc13 and local2.

I went in to check out there Lawnmowers. I looked for awhile. No one ever came to help me. I asked a women at the cash register for some help. She paged that I was there and needed assistance. No one ever showed up. I walked around for a little longer without ever getting any help. Later I called. No one ever answered. Guess Ill be getting my mower someplace else.

I visited store Monday jun 12 , 20 minutes before closing . They received me with a smile and never felt they where pushing me out to close. LUIS ( I hope I got his name right) helped me with few questions I had , unfortunately that location didnt have what I was looking for (online deal ) but , he told me which store to go , very friendly staff .

This hardware store is the closest to my home but I refuse to shop there because of the terrible attitude of the management there. They have that take it or leave it mentality. The same redneck mentality that ran Builders Square of of business. I simply pass this store up and drive 4 more miles to the Home Depot.

Big shout out to the team here and the District Manager, Hunter. I had an issue with the manager at another store in the area. Hunter and his team were quick to get everything squared away for me. Horrible! Wanted to buy something $400. They wouldnt accept 100 bill. And both cashier and her reference manager were beyond rude. Said it was owner policy. I know machines exist that check bills..need to invest in one.
