Im not one to write a review, but I had to after my experience yesterday at this store! Every single worker there was SO very helpful. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me right over there. Another employee came over and asked if I needed any help (he saw me running out room in my cart) so he kindly brought my storage bins to the cashier and also grabbed the shelving unit for me and brought it up. Cashier hooked me up w/ a rewards card to get even more of a discount and even did 2 separate transactions. Then I had another kind employee carry everything out for me :)

My boyfriend went into the store to buy a car remote and he said he was followed around and watched closely by three different employees. Really???? Weve been coming to your store for over three years and this will be our last visit to this Ace. Just because he has an accent (New Orleans) and was wearing a hoodie he was stereotyped. I am highly offended by this humiliating treatment of an honest, hard-working man... Shame on you!!!

I am amazed everytime I come here (and not anymore!) Nobody knows anything of their inventory or best stuff to use for different projects. I get "um I dont think you can, I dont think we have that" and I find it and prove you can do it. I am a woman and have educated some of these guys. Home Depot is better for advise I am just shocked at this place.

Bought a Craftsman 3 gallon air compressor from here a couple months ago. About a month after I got it, it leaked the oil through a bad seal. Called up the store and spoke with a manager, Adam. He told me to bring it up there and switched it out with a new one. He didnt give me grief about not having a receipt. Top notch service, will go back.
