They helped this admittedly ignorant customer pick out a drill bit for $7.89 that wouldnt fit my drill, then wouldnt take it back. It took some effort to get the bit out of the plastic packaging, and once I realized it was for a hammer-drill, not my household rotary drill, I took it back unused with receipt and packaging. Because the packaging had been cut up, they refused to take it back. I need to go somewhere that will more carefully screen my selections, or be more willing to help me correct my mistakes.

You wont find a better hardware store. They have a very knowledgeable staff that in time will learn your first name. Its really nice to go into a store and see the same faces year after year. Hoping that the owners dont make to much money and sell one day! Theyve done an amazing job building a company that people truly enjoy going to. We need a 6 star option for this company.
