DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! This is the absolute worst retailer I have ever visited! The store manager was rude, challenged my integrity and refused to complete my transaction - all because of a $2 refund!! I had my receipt and 24 hours had not even passed since my original purchase and he still didnt want to return $2 of merchandise! The store manager got so mad at me that he wanted to fight because I challenged his decision because the receipt clearly states that I can refund the merchandise within 30 days with a receipt. The store owner followed up with me and chose to do absolutely nothing about the matter. Find another hardware store but definitely dont go here!! Their prices are also very high and they never have the quantities of merchandise that I need. And the owner has absolutely no idea what hes doing and Rob the manager is the most incompetent manager ever!

Have never found the simple plumbing tools i need. Been here 3 times and everytime someone new walked up, would ask what i needed, and then struggle to find it themselves. Asked the owner or the oldest guy there and he just said"NO! We dont carry those" no suggestions nothing. I would honestly rather drive all the way to home depot just for some customer service

These people stayed open for me when I came in at the last minute and they were closing. They helped me find the specific paint that I needed. They were courteous and accommodating and went way above and beyond the call of duty. I was very pleased and impressed! This was the kind of old fashioned care and customer service that I thought no longer existed.

Helpful staff, I use this as my local hardware store. Even as a first time customer staff allowed me to take several sizes of plumbing home($20 worth) and bring back what did not work, THEN PAY! At the time they did not know who I was and I had out-of-state plates.

Who runs this store? Nobody. How about you put a sign on the door that says cash only before people waste their time shopping and you tell them cash only after ringing everything up. This place is a joke, dont shop here.
