I came to store at about 8:30 am on 8/29/2015 and worked with a young male in the paint department as well as Chuck, who both helped me with finding the paint samples I needed. The staff member who tinted the paint samples, was not as knowledgeable as Chuck, but was very kind. After he tinted the samples, several of them were extremely different than the color that I was referencing on the color card, so I told him and I didnt purchase two of the 9. I went home, texted samples on wall and returned around 10:30 to 11 a.m. to purchase 3 gallons of the Clark Kensington version of the Benjamin Moores Chelsea Gray and 1 gallon of the Clark Kensington version of the Benjamin Moores Sea Haze and a quart of the Clark Kensington version of the Benjamin Moores Otter brown, which during this trip Chuck began my request and the young male with large glasses and dark hair finished the order/ request.. Painters began to paint with the colors I had purchased but realized they would need another gallon of the Sea Haze. I returned to the store around 2:30 p.m. and the same male was there to help, again extremely kind. I returned with the Sea Haze sample that I used on my 2nd trip and returned home with a gallon of Sea Haze. Painters painted entire kitchen and hallway with these two Sea Haze gallons only to find that once they were done and the paint dried, that we received two different shades of the sea haze paint. One is a green/ gray color which is what I was looking for, but the other is a blue gray, which I despise. I have pictures of my kitchen that reflects the two totally different colors as well as the stickers on the paint can that show that the colors were supposed to be the same. i AM VERY DISAPPOINTED because I lost $250.00 that was paid to the painters since we have to repaint kitchen entirely and I paid 30 dollars each for both gallons of paint, which is a total of about $310.00!!! My husband went to location today, to be told there wasnt anything they can do, which is definitely a disappointment and angers me to know that staff would not consider to provide help. This has cost me a LOT of time and wasted money, and I dont know what to do at this point, because like anyone, I trusted the paint specialist/ store manager (who cant do anything to help me at this point). Oh and by the way, the "Paint specialist" mentioned he was color blind. Im not sure how that works when mixing paint, but thought Id mention.

I should begin this by stating that i rarely review anyone however i am so utterly disgusted by the outcome of my trip to Ace Hardware, Langham Creek location, that i felt the need to say something. I recently purchased a galvanized steel pipe from the Ace Hardware over on memorial. Unfortunately they only had three of the four that I needed. I tried to use a 3 inch but it wouldnt work so I thought to exchange it at the Ace Hardware next to my house for another 4 inch. Even though the Langham location has both the 3-inch and the 4-inch in their stock, they would not exchange the items because they had a different item number and manufacturer. The parts are the identical. Made of the same material. The same length and width. Both sold at Ace Hardware. The salesman gave me the excuse that Ace is individually owned and because the package was different and item number was not the same he couldnt help me. Basically what this means is the potential sale of one pipe ($5.99) was more impotant to him than reasonably helping a customer or any future sales that I might have provided. For a company that bases their reputation and slightly higher prices on the guarantee that they provide superior service I feel this location seriously falls short.

Came in Loooking for an Item. As of the moment I walked in I have the cashier "Welcome Me!" As I started walking around Several Associates aproached me and asked if I needed help... This was very nice to see. Finally when I could not find the product, Mark approached me and I explained what I was looking for. He showed me what he had but when I explained in detail he excused himself and went to a Blond Lady... might have been the Shift Manager. Finally, he took me were the product might be and I was pleased on how he never quit from looking. Everyone (crew members) were Friendly. Overall, it was a Great Experience. I will return whenever I need something for the home! Thank you Store Manager, your crew is a reflection on how you run your Business.

I went here to get some tumblers engraved. I paid the expedited fee for a two day turnaround. The engraver had some personal issues come up and gave me a call to explain he would try to get them done ASAP. I showed up and they werent done but he started on them ASAP and gave me back the expedited fee without me having to ask for it. I gave this 5 stars because the engraving turned out great and I can appreciate lifes circumstances. He offered the refund and did everything possible to make the situation right without me having to complain or even mention it.

Big sign on the building says "BEST CARPET CLEANER" but I got a LEMON and they made ME pay for it. Within 5 minutes of using it, the sprayer stuck on and I had to shut everything down to stop it. Took it back and the manager on duty didnt believe me so now I have to dispute it with the credit card company. UPDATE: The owner called me after I sent a complaint via the website and offered a full refund. Good to know they stand by their service/equipment, so they will still get my business and an upgrade on quality and service from Poor to Good.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE Dont buy anything that has a motor i bought a weedeater from this store and with in a month it dosent work i took the recipt in with the weedeaterto the store they did not allow any exchanges or return of my money but offer to fix it so i had no choice im at a lost of near $200.00 on this buy had i known this was indepentantly owned and had a back log of repairs i must bite the bullet and addmit i lost $200.00 so save your selfs the PAIN AND TROUBLE

The owners and staff at Langham Creek Ace Hardware are super at customer service. I have been to this store numerous times and have always appreciated the help and advice on home and lawn maintenance. I am an Ace Rewards member too from our previous home and now in Houston. Ace customer service is first rate and this particular store is always a positive experience. They even have a post office in the store. I highly recommend this store and the staff. Jeff Mell
