It depends on who youre dealing with there. One time you go there will be excellent service by people that actually know what theyre talking about. Then the next time you go you deal with rude ass people. I tried pawning something I had pawned there maybe a year ago or so and I brought it back yesterday to pawn for less money since the value went down and this Mexican with short curly hair and a moustache straight up told me they dont take what I had and didnt look my name up and saw I did business with them before and didnt let me try to explain anything and told me to leave like I was some sort of bum. Sadly this person ruined any future business I wouldve considered doing with the shop so if the owners or managers see this they will know why.

THE RUDEST PAWN SHOP AROUND. THEY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR INVENTORY IS HORRIBLE. SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE. I SEE WHY THE EMPLOYEES CARRY GUNS. CAUSE THEY NEED THEM THEY WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE. REMINDER: THEY DIDNT STOP MAKING GUNS WHEN THEY MADE YOURS.

Worst customer service out of any pawn shop in town, so sketchy that if your grandma left her tube of vagisil on the counter they would swipe it just to make an extra dollar. Garbage place with garbage service, wouldnt even bother wasting my time if I were you.

Went in there and bought a TV, people were really nice. They even helped me take it off the car when I took it back to pawn it. Definitely worth the little extra drive from he pawnshop on Baseline.

Make sure you check to see if what you buy works. I bought an electronic but did not check to see if it worked before i bought it and it turned out to be broken.
