So I walk into this pawn shop about a week ago and I buy a nice Alcatel One Touch cell phone that cost me 45 with no charger, & when i asked the young lady behind the counter if the phone came with the Charger she said no & when i asked her if I can charge it because the phone was dead she said there was no charger available, so i took a chance & bought the phone only because the young lady behind the counter assured me it worked perfectly. As soon as I got home and tried to charge it, I came to realize the charger port was broken!!! :( next day i went back to tell them about the situation & the worker named Judith assured me that they made sure phones with no charger would charge before bought, before they bought them with no charger! and that she could not refund me my money only store credit, she could no further assist me because the manager wasnt on duty it being Sunday his day off. so the next day I called and asked for the manager to make sure he was in before I went and I explained to him the situation and again he told me I can only get store credit (now why would i want anything else from that store??? When The one thing i got DID NOT work)

I was driving down the mountain and I noticed this new pawn shop, and I decided to stop and take a look. It is one of the nicest pawn I have every been. The staff greeted me as I was walked inside. The store is very clean and the staff is very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone. And look forward to my next visit!
