I has the worst experience at Rally House in the Highlands tonight June 6, 2016. The girl came up and asked me if I needed some help. I replied yes please help me find a red mens Ranger shirt and she said oh and walked off. She did not even help me. I got to the register and I told you didnt even help me when you offered to help and she oh "Im sorry, Im having a bad day." I replied yea. She checked me out and hurriedly rushed me out. What kind of customer service is this? I am so disappointed, I have never had such rude treatment at Rally House. I asked her whos the manager and she exclaimed "I am the manager" all I could say was "WOW". Ill think about coming in again to make a purchase if I see HER there. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Pleasantly Surprised! This is a wonderful store for a variety of regional collegiate gear. We are a house divided - OU and Texas Tech. They have great items for both schools! As far as returning items, my husband purchased a collared shirt that snagged the first time he wore it. I took it back to the store with my receipt (and the tags from the shirt) and explained what happened. They exchanged the shirt without question! I have been pleasantly surprised with Rally House and their service. Its an added bonus that its right up the street!

Slightly better selection for dallas stars than south fort Worth store but still very disappointing. People were nice but probably wont bother with this store ever again and will stay w internet

Huge selection of the major colleges both for Texas and Oklahoma. Prices are a bit steep, but the sales can be great
