Im been in the fitness training industry now for 26-years. In all that time Ive dealt with many a fitness equipment retailers. Some good and some very bad. My first experience with Discount Online Fitness was about 2-years ago and it couldnt have been better! It was quite a large piece of equipment so I was worried about the shipping, but it was delivered via 18-wheeler and was in perfect condition. Driver was very helpful as well. My recent experience was about 6-weeks ago for a stationary bike for my wife to use for rehab of a bi lateral leg injury. John Mathias was my salesman and was excellent in finding what I needed, in my price range and all the communication needed for the entire experience. Basically from my first call to after delivery to confirm my satisfaction. I will in the future look to and refer friends to Discount Online Fitness for all my professional & personal equipment needs. Thanks John!!!

We ordered equipment, waited 3 months and the DAY delivery was planned they called to say one of the key pieces of equipment as not the one ordered (Octane X). Delivery scheduled to 1pm and now here it is 4:30 and they called saying still an hour away. Poor customer service and poor scheduling.

Hands down the best in the business! Have done many deals with these guys and they have always come through. If they dont have it in stock (by some miracle because the warehouse in amazing!) then theyll find it for you!
