I ordered flowers for my work and made it clear that this was a ONE TIME charge. The flowers have been delivered 4 times now, each one charged to my card. The deliveries that were not supposed to be charged to my account were credited back, but I made it clear that they need to take my credit card out of their file. I even provided them with the name and number of the Area Director for my job in case they needed to confirm. I emailed customer service with no response. I called the store and spoke with the manager and they assured me that they would fix the problem. Here we are with ANOTHER incorrect charge to the tune of nearly $80. I spend roughly two days a month hunting down my money. It makes no sense. The company pays a fee on each charge and on each credit. So every time they charge my card, then credit my card back, then charge the correct charge, they pay a fee. Even from their end, they dont seem to understand business. I am sure I am not the only one this happens to, so anyone choosing to shop there has those extra charges rolled into their prices. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE!

I recently ordered flowers for a co-worker in the Texas area. I received a picture of the delivered flowers and oh my, how the flowers were described and what was received did not match at all. The email that I received stating the flowers were delivered, asked I please call the store if I were dissatisfied prior to posting a negative review. I did just that this morning and I was assured that they will make it right and send a new bouquet out tomorrow. So if this truly happens tomorrow, I will use this florist again and highly recommend to others. Great customer service will always keep me as a customer. I will post an update once the new flowers are delivered.

I begged my now husband to stop buying me flowers as after a few days they always seemed to die and it ended up just making me sad. This 40th Birthday I was surprised yet again with flowers, but this time from In Bloom. 40 red and pink roses... Unbelievably impressive and so fresh. I was just blown away though and most impressed that they just called me to make sure the flowers met my expectations... Wow, what customer service!

I put in an order for six bouquets through the web, and then called and changed delivery options over the phone, all in the same morning. My order was perfect and delivered early, still in the same morning. It was amazing and brought a bright ray of sunshine to the day at the office. Thank you for excellent and speedy service!
