I ordered flowers on a Wednesday forgetting that the person I ordered them for was leaving the town the next day and would not be able to enjoy the flowers. When I called a couple of hours after ordering as I realized my mistake I was told that the flowers had been made up, but not yet delivered. I explained the situation and Dalbol flowers insisted on waiting to deliver the flowers and said they would make up a new arrangement the following week. Even though it was my mistake they went out of their way to make sure the person I was sending the flowers to got a beautiful arrangement. Awesome customer service and beautiful flowers!

I ordered flowers for my grandpas funeral and when I picked them up they werent what I had ordered or expected. Definitely NOT worth the money I paid. Im extremely disappointed in these half dead flowers and embarrassed to bring them to a funeral. I would have gotten fresher, prettier flowers by going to a grocery store, hand selecting and throwing them in a vase! I chose to order here due to all the comments stating they had amazing flowers for funerals. I do not recommend at all!

Delivered 4 hours late. Lady on the phone didnt have a clue where they were. NOT happy. Will never buy from again. If you cant deliver by the time asked for, then at least have the courtesy to call.
