Before I dive into this experience let me start off by saying that customers service can make a break a business. My daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day via Telefora online and I think they must partner with local florist to help them fulfill their orders. Well upon receipt of my Hydrangea Plant it was bloomed but within 5 hours it was wilting and I also notice that there was some aphids on the petals. I checked the soil which was moist, so I thought there could be some form of Root Rot. I sat the plant outside in an area that had a indirect sunlight exposure to help the moist to decrease. These plant thrive on water , but too much can be bad. I contacted telefora and was directed to contact the local store. Which I did and the person answering the phone was very rude and defensive telling me that the plant could not have had bugs. She would have the manager contact me which took more than a week for me to get a return call. By then we were on Holiday in another country. I forgot about the message when I returned but my daughter had also reached out to Telefora and she thought she called and emailed Petals in Plano also. Well here we are two months later without the issue resolved and the manager called us and was very defensive about the order stating that they give a 24 hour guarantee and that the issues we suggested could not have been her fault. When my daughter tried to explain that the original order was for tulip she, got sassy and said that "We got the order from some company out of California and they said the best available". My daughter could not get a word in edgewise so I took over the called and asked her to please pause and let us speak. She told me that Hydrangeas can live forever and if we would have called her sooner she would have handle the issue. I told her I called and my daughter called and I got a call back a week later. There is really something wrong with the energy of these people, very negative and you would think being around all of natures beauty they would have a better disposition. Not true an I would never order anything else from them an I will most certainly take the time to share may experience about horrible customer service, Root rot is a fungal infection that plants develop when the roots sit in too much water for too long.

This was the worst experience in customer service. I ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday on a Wednesday to be delivered on the following Friday. On delivery day, she still had not received her surprise by 2pm so I called them to see what was up. They said that since I didnt put "AM delivery" in the special instructions that they were going to delivery them by 4pm. WHAT!?!? Who thinks its ok to deliver to a business...on a Friday...at 4pm!?!?! How in the world was I supposed to just know to do this??? I assumed that they knew what they were doing and were looking out for the best interest in their customers...boy was I wrong. No where on their website was an option for AM vs PM delivery - it would have been great if there was...I would have selected the AM delivery option and my wife would have been very happy and surprised... In the end, my wife ended up leaving early at 3pm so I had to go get her flowers that were delivered at 4pm and take them home to her...big thanks Petals...birthday flower surprise ruined. So after calling them, I talked to the rudest woman and I informed her that I will never do business with them again and I hope you dont either.

Very disappointing experience. I came in here for the first time to pick up some grass and possibly a few stems of Alstroemeria (which she was quick to correct me was NOT a lily---but I guess she was unaware that its actually know as the Peruvian Lily; feel free to Google it lady!) and I got a whole lot of attitude. Besides that fact that she was uneducated about this flower, she was more than happy to inform me that they dont carry it because its "cheap" (sorry, but not everyone wants to spend $20 a stem at the holidays!!). And then we get to the grass, which was priced $15 a bunch.......so theres like 8 blades of grass in a bunch. Seriously?!?! $15 for 8 blades of grass?! Hell no! In summary: attitude, over-priced, uneducated, NOT welcoming. Im absolutely going elsewhere.

Ive been here twice. The first experience was very good. The second was not. The prices seem overly high. In my first visit I purchased a simple small arrangement for $50. My wife thought it was lovely. They lasted a long time. My second visit found me looking at another small bouquet priced at $85. I was concerned that some of the flowers were smushed and one was even bent fully over. The florist (owner?) came over, broke off and tossed the the dying flower and told the sales associate its fine and "if he doesnt want it, put it back." I could have read this wrong, but he comment sounded like "he can go to hell." I left. Ill not be back and their attitude says they dont care a lick about that.

Ordered $100 bouquet via Teleflora which was fulfilled by this shop. Missing some of the flowers (i.e. carnations), overall size seemed to be the cheaper size and not the premium size I paid for, flowers in general did not have that fresh appearance, and the arrangement was not even centered around the diamond heart on the vase! What makes me even more angry is I told Teleflora to NOT use this florist because of other bad reviews I saw online and they still ended up using them! Burned me once but never again -- thank goodness there is a lot of other places to go. Competition is a good thing. Sharing my experience so hopefully will save someone else the headache.

There is a reason they are rated so low... I ordered online while they were closed. I picked them because they were the closest to my wifes place of employment. I even spoke to them as soon as they opened and had to pick a different vase because the "New" one listed on their site, they didnt sell. They had 5 hours to deliver a $100 order 6 blocks west of them and failed! Why bother telling me you can deliver same day and not even try? I canceled my order and will never do business with them again. It was supposed to be my anniversary surprise to my wife. Isnt that the point of same day delivery charges by a florist?

3-22-2011 I went on line today to order flowers for our Anniversary and found the ones I liked $112 online So I called to order and to make sure they got the directions right so the sales person couldnt find the flowers by the number then when she did she hesitated and asked if I saw them online and of course I did well at the store there $150, $38 more than the web price. Then it starts that our prices dont match the ones shown online we just have to belong to that site. The sales person couldnt make a price adjustment so she had the manager call same story. DON"T BUY FLOWERS HERE
