****Horrible Customer Service supporting online prices!! I placed an order today 01/30/12 for Valentines Day to plan ahead making sure my love one is taken care of. Placed an order for a dozen roses at the web-site advertised price of $69.99 with $10 charge for delivery. I get a call from Marco Polo Florist telling me they cant honor their prices because they charge more and now its $99.99 for a dozen roses. I select the arrangement because of the price since other selections were marked higher for Valentine’s Day. They offered me $10% discount....... Very deceptive!!!

My grandson surprised with me a last-minute prom date for tomorrow, and I was concerned about getting a corsage ordered. I went to this location, and was helped by Faye. She was very kind and understanding of my situation, and helped me make sure the colors I picked would match the dress. They will have it ready for me to pick up tomorrow. I appreciate their attention to detail, and cant wait to see the final product.

I called late in the afternoon from 800 miles away. I asked for a particular arrangement with specific flowers and otherwise no real guidance. This was important as it was going to a very sick relative on her birthday...Home Run!! She sent a photo of the arrangement which had arrived maybe an hour later. Fantastic job!! I used this florist to order some flower for my girlfriend recently and all I can say is that I was very impressed with the level of service Marco Polo Florist provided me. The flowers were delivered at the time requested and my girlfriend absolutely loved the design of the flowers. I will be choosing this place again, they wont disappoint!
