DO NOT ORDER ANY FLOWERS FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I ordered flowers for my wife 1 week before Valentines Day (2/14/2011). When I came home from work there were no flowers delivered, I was concerned why the flowers havent arrive but I couldnt say anything to my wife since it was a surprise. I waited till almost 6:30 pm, still no flowers. I called our concierge just to check to see if the flowers were left at the front desk, no flowers. I kept calling the florist and the line was busy. I was so ticked off I finally told my wife what was going on. I was so disappointed because I really wanted my wife to receive these flowers on Valentines day and since she just had a baby, these flowers were suppose to be from me and my new son. My wife told me to drive to the florist and find out what was going on and just get a refund. When I drove there, the flower shop was closed. I called several times the following day, still a busy line. I was so upset so I called our bank to dispute the charges from our account. Its February 17, 2011, still no flowers, no phone call from the florist. My wife called the florist and finally got a hold of someone. They said that they had hired new drivers for Valentines day and that they didnt do their job and didnt finish delivering all the flowers to the customers and returned all the flowers back to the florist and they couldnt tell which flowers were delivered correctly and which werent because the drivers didnt get signature confirmation for any delivery. They just assumed that if the customer didnt call them that they got the flowers. Regardless what their excuses were, it was unacceptable for any business. We will never use them again and nobody else should too.

I am from Northern Ireland. Delivery for Valentines Day on 14/02/11. Order was placed well in advance of 11am deadline. Confirmation order received. The recipient didnt receive the flowers on that day, well l was disappointed , as it can be a busy occasion, but l would expect next day delivery. However when l rang the next day they said they cancelled the order altogether, due to not being able to fulfil orders but didnt notify the customer. Why did they provide confirmation order number in the first place then. Absolute disgrace, and a day late "did l want to proceed." Reluctantly l agreed and was promised delivery by the end of the day 15/02/11, due to the circumstances. Eventually they arrived on the 17/02/11. In addition no card attached with my message or the balloon l paid for. I dont mind if they ran out of stock supply a complimentary gift in its place. Finally when l rang on the 2 telephone numbers provided constantly engaged. Email address is must going forward. I went with this florist due to the above reviews and ratings - lol . In hindsight avoid.

I used to use All Occasion Florist all of the time. I love flowers, and I was happy to support a local florist. Unfortunately, they lack customer service. I buy flowers from them a few times a month for gifts and parties. A few weeks ago, I returned just a few minutes before closing to purchase flowers....The woman shut the back entrance in my face. I thought it was a mistake, and knocked on the door. I went around to the front, and knocked on the door. The people inside did not look in my direction. I assumed they just couldnt hear me. I waved (as Id been here several times before), and I was met with a "go-away" look. I was surprised, upset, and hurt. Its fine that they needed to close, but one would think they could be more courteous to a loyal customer.

Absolutely Terrible Service. Ordered flowers over the phone for my wife several days in advance of 2/13 Delivery for Valentines Day, never showed up. Called at least 20 times throughout the day to see where order was, only to get busy signal. Finally got a hold of someone a few days later who said he would check with his manager about finally sending the flowers, free of charge. Said he would call me back, three days later and still no call back. Constant busy signal and no way to send an email make it impossible to communicate with this florist. Thank You All Occasion Florist for an angry wife on Valentines Day with no flowers!

Friend was having a rough week, so I sent flowers from the "Thinking of You" category and ordered an optional balloon. You are not allowed to choose the specific balloon you want, however they assure you that they will select one that corresponds with the category (mine being "Thinking of You"). Thank God my friend has a great sense of humor and laughed at the HAPPY BIRTHDAY balloon attached to the beautiful flowers in a happy face vase. I repeat, a HAPPY BIRTHDAY balloon. Thank God I wasnt sending flowers to a funeral. Never again. One star for beautiful flowers (and the fact that I cant pick zero stars).

I ordered flowers for my daughters 30th birthday. They were to be delivered at her workplace. They didnt arrive until 4pm which was the drivers fault not the Florist. I know this because I had called earlier and was told the flowers were already on the truck. My daughter happened to leave early because it was her big day and she missed the flowers. I called the florist and they went above and beyond to make up for her not receiving the flowers earlier. We were both very satisfied. I will always use All Occasions Florist. They do beautiful work.

Awful service. I ordered an overpriced bouquet from them early in the morning. It still hadnt arrived by 3:00, the guy said it was right here and will be delivered at 5:00. I told him how important it was he said sure. I called at 5:00, the flowers were still there, they said that the delivery driver wasnt in. I was asking them to deliver them to the Warwick hotel down the street and by the end of the day they STILL hadnt delivered them. I could recommend avoiding this florist if you can.

Do not go here. I asked for a 2 p.m. delivery and they were never delivered. I tried calling throughout the day only to get a busy signal 12 straight times over a four hour period. Once they did answer they said that they cannot find the address.. I asked why they didnt call and their response was that they had the wrong phone number, even though I confirmed the phone number before I hung up when I ordered the flowers

I had ordered my Valentines flowers a week before and they were not delivered tonight! I had to go get flowers myself and take them to her! I even spoke with them over the phone today with Oscar to ensure they were being delivered however they did not. I will pursue getting a refund immediately and if needed other courses of action will be taken. Run dont walk away from this place.

First and last time I ever order flowers from this place. I had a valentines order placed for a business to be delivered by 5pm and they were never delivered. This is pathetic. UPDATE: Got a call that evening apologizing for the late delivery, but it was already too late for the flowers to be delivered..... BUT.... got a full refund and the flowers delivered next day.
