I went in today just to browse. I have been going to Petals & Stems on Montfort but their selections are slim and the services is not very friendly. The selection they had on display was not too "wooing" but I figure that is because they make the bouquets to order *which I prefer*. I saw the owner putting together an arrangement and it was gorgeous. She engaged in conversation and was truly interested in what I was wanting. I took a stack of business cards and plan on telling all of my clients about this great flower shop! I will come back each week to get a new bunch.

Excellent customer service, great florist! I live in TN and wanted to send flowers to my mother in TX for her birthday. However, I didnt know that she was out of town! The flowers were delivered and she wasnt there to receive them. I called the Mille Fleurs and spoke with Nick (I think) and they were so wonderful and understanding! To resend the same arrangement only cost me $43, which is great because it was over $100 originally! WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL! Cant say enough about them :)

I have high standards when it comes to customer service and the quality/creativeness of the arrangements I order -- and Mille Fleurs comes through on both accounts. I have tried many florists in the Metroplex, but none have given the level of custom service I require. (None of this "you have to stick with the arrangement we make with no alterations" at Mille Fleurs.) I highly recommend Mille Fleurs and their helpful and creative staff.

We use Millie Fleurs often at my work, to send flowers for employee births, holidays, ilnesses, etc. They always go above and beyond my expectations. Ordering is simple, by a quick email and they have my credit card on file so paying is easy. Almost every time I have ordered flowers from them, the recipient comes back complimenting how beautiful the flowers were. Hands down, best florist I have used thus far, thank you Mille Fleurs!

Ordered 1 full week before Mothers Day and they didnt deliver during day on Thursday, 3 days before Mothers Day! Had to call them when I got home at 5:30pm, since my wife said no one stopped by. The lady put me on hold, and then said that she was having the delivery person stop by in 30 mins. A little late, especially since I was well prepared 1 full week in advance, and they were not.

Mille Fleurs always provides the freshest, most beautiful flowers for all my orders. I have a standing weekly order with them, and I am always pleased with what they prepare. Their customer service is top notch and they are willing to take suggestions on what to arrange, or just to arrange a creative display of their own design. I cant recommend them highly enough.

They worked hard and delivered the most beautiful arrangement ( finding a special vase was the key and they found the perfect one - allowing for a good number of choices). Recipients were thrilled. I have been using Mille Fleurs for 25 years for corporate and personal floral needs. Thier designs are unique, I can look at an arrangement and tell if it is thiers. The serivce is the best and the flowers last much longer than others. I never use any other florist- in town or out of town.
