Pretty easy review to write: Jessica and her team delivered beyond expectations with their customer service, creativity and passion for what they do. We needed flowers for an intimate wedding ceremony dinner we hosted at a favorite restaurant here in Plano. Was this a big order for them? Probably not. I imagine as far as weddings go this was a very small job for them. Yet I never felt we were not worthy of their time and efforts. In fact, Jessica jumped at the chance when I let her know it was my desire to hand over the creative task to she and her staff. She took the time to discuss all her ideas and options for what she had in mind, and she had tons of creative suggestions. The end result was perfect. Our guests, photographer, and even the Justice of the Peace commented on the table arrangements and custom boutonnieres. Great job all around!!

I ordered flowers for our daughter to be delivered at work. Lovely flowers!! She received a HUGE bouquet in a vase...cost $50, $10 delivery. I had called Avas Floist first and felt like I was in a meat market. :Free delivery, but then wanted to charge me #13.99 shipping and handling! Im SO glad I found Flowerama. The person on the phone put me on hold to check to see if they had the flowers I wanted. They did, and I could not be happier with what was sent to my daughter. Email receipt and delivery notice. A1 service. Thanks Flowerama - youre in my contacts and I will be using you again!

I just received received an arrangement from this company and I am highly disappointed. It just came about 15 minutes ago and much of the greenery is dead. I am looking on the website and the prices are high. All the times I have received flowers from other companies and theyve never been this awful. If only I could upload pictures. This is my first time receiving from this company and I will definitely advise my boyfriend to try another company.

My Anniversary roses are still alive and they are from 1.5 weeks ago. I just asked my husband where he got them. Flowerama! Thank you so much! I have ordered from here many times and always a home run!! From get well to funerals (didnt get well) and of course the classic get yourself out of the doghouse bouquets..........everyone is BEAUTIFUL!!! Leah is always helpful and courteous when I call and they keep information on file to simplify the process. If you use anyone else in Plano for flowers, you made a big mistake.........

What a wonderful store. It had a beautiful selection of roses and wonderful employees. Rhonda, one of the employees who helped me was delightful and informative in all of my questions. I really appreciated them and their politeness. I would highly recommend. The flowers I purchased were fairly priced and it was simply a good experience. Hope to come back soon! :)

Daniel, I think youre nuts to complain about that adorable cardinal puppy! Theyre flowers... No two arrangements will be exactly alike. That puppy is so clever! Ive always been pleased with houseplant gifts and flowers from Flowerama. The staff is also helpful when you need a little creative guidance. :-)

I called the shop about 8:30am and by 10:45am my mom recieved a very gorgeous huge arrangement. The florist on the phone was very friendly and professional. The flowers were absoulety beautiful. Thanks for making my moms bday special. I would definately use this company again in the future.

My son (5 year old) was very excited to send flowers to mom. He chose a cute puppy. He was very disappointed when it was delivered. The arrangement does not look like on the web site and it it was missing some decorative items as well.

I needed to order a basket containing violets. I just called and was told, they dont carry violets even though they are shown on their website. Poor advertising.
