First of all, this was a VERY last minute floral arrangement order for a friend of mine that was ill. She doesnt have family in Dallas and we are pretty much all she has here in Dallas. She had a procedure on Saturday and it completely slipped my mind that I needed to order my friend some flowers to make her feel loved after her procedure. I googled nearby florists and Blossoms Florist was the only one that showed to be open. I then called and mind you I had already called a couple of others that did not answer so I was totally surprised to get an answer on the other end of the line. I was a little frantic and explained to her my situation. She did explain to me that they WERE closed but that she would help me out. I own a business and my wife owns a business as well. We pride ourselves on customer service because it seems to be dead these days. So not only did she take care of us after she was closed but I showed her a few pictures and gave a few clues as to what I was looking for. I was so desperate I wouldve settled for pretty much anything. She delivered them herself on her own time, and the arrangement was SPECTACULAR to say the least!! She Took a last-minute order of desperation and turned it into one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. I wish I could do my wedding over again because Blossoms Florist not only believes and customer service to the fullest, but this woman pulled out of her hat this wonderful artistic arrangement that brought tears of happiness from my closest and dearest friend. You cant put any amount of money on that❤️ And to the one and only person that felt the need to try to ruin Blossoms Florists reputation, I have a very hard time believing your post after what I witnessed today. She couldve price gauged me to the moon and back and I wouldve paid it to make my friend smile and feel jus a 1/2% better. And from the people who own our businesses, we can only do our best and I believe she did. Perhaps your time might have been spent wiser by taking a look from the outside looking in. What could she have done so terrible for you to have taken your day trying to ruin what she has built? You should try to make everyone happy and see how that works out for you. Some people will never be happy and we have to learn to live with that in the service industry. ❣️❣️❣️❣️

It honestly pains me to write this review, I have literally tried every avenue to talk to Yolanda and figure out a solution. I dont think I will get my money, or goods back from Yolanda, but at the very least I can write this review and warn potential customers. I am currently in the process of taking this flower shop to small claims court.... yeah thats gonna be fun for everyone. Feel free to message me if you want more details. Do yourself a favor, there are several other reputable flower shops that are properly run and will pick up their phone when you call regarding issues. Yolanda does none of these things, and has even gone as far as blocking my number.

Blossoms is a family florist! They have been my florist for a couple of years now, and I cannot express how great they have been in every facet. The flowers are great, customer service if perfect and quality of work is incredibly high and unique..
