I wanted to be sure I got fresh flowers so I went in to order roses for our anniversary and then picked them up the next day. I know roses do not seem to last as long as other cut flowers but I was disappointed when they started crashing after 4 days and were totally dead after 6 days. I went back in the store to complain in the hopes that I would feel better if I got it off my chest and maybe would receive some type of credit. I talked to Misty at the store and she very patiently explained their guarantee for cut flowers was 4-5 days and how the wild temperature swings were really affecting the flowers. Then she really surprised me when she said she wanted me to be happy and gave me a fresh dozen long stems to take home and replace in my arrangement. She didnt just hand me the flowers - she went to the back and arranged them in a beautiful bouquet with a red ribbon so my wife would be impressed. Nothing like good customer service, a satisfied customer and more than anything a happy wife!

I have to give Mockingbird Lane Florist staff Kudos!!! Because of an error on my part flowers were not ordered prior a funeral service. This is something that I normally do a couple of days ahead of time but got so busy that I forgotten. It was the night before the funeral that I realize my error and Mockingbird Florist was closed. Needless to say I did not sleep that night. I got up and started calling Mockingbird Florist at 7:59. I know the person the other end, which was Rebecca the manager probably thought I had lost my mind. She patiently listen and when I was finished told me to hold on while she check to see if they would be able to get the flowers delivered before the funeral which was 11:00 that day. Well to make a long story short the flowers were delivered before the funeral and they were beautiful. To the staff at Mockingbird Lane Florist THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

So its Valentines day. And the flowes that she got were completly incorrect. I ordered orchids and she got hydrangeas and roses(much cheaper package as well) So I call the store and the guy tells me the he will have the wrong ones picked up today and the right ones will be delivered tomorrow. OK any other day I would have probably been ok with that...but its VALENTINES DAY! So after asking to speak to the manager and getting denied that request because he just wouldnt speak to me, I was told that they would refund my $12 delivery charge but they would still pick up the wrong ones today and have the right ones delivered to her tomorrow at home. I have used this company several times and that is all they are offering for their pretty big mess up?!! That will be the last time I ever use them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I spoke to Rick twice,( the floral designer) and both times my arrangements were unique, one of a kind, simple, elegant, tasteful, magnificent, AND delivered the same day. My friends were impressed to say the least, and my friends know and appreciate floral design!! I live in FL and have 2 great friends in Dallas, I wanted a local florist to get my business instead of some internet flower place. I am OCD and a perfectionist and I have to say that Rick spent with me on the phone and "listened" to what I wanted. I cant tell you the last time my expectations were exceeded, it is longer than I care to remember. If you love someone and want to make a great impression, talk to Rick and let him take care of you. This place even impressed me, and my friends, which is next to impossible to do. THANKS Rick!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I placed my wedding bouquet with them and had the worst experience ever! When I placed the order I was assured that they wouldnt have any trouble getting the blue hydrengias that I needed, 2 days before my wedding Karla calls me to tell me that they are not able to get my bouquet because the distributor doesnt have them! I was so debastated because it was 2 days away from my wedding and that is the las thing a bride needs to hear. I dont recommend this place to anyone, its terrible customer service and just the worst! Thank God I was able to find my the blue hydrengias elsewhere. Please DO NOT go here you will find a better place and a better price somewhere else. I shouldve done some research before going to these people all these people want is your money.

GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. An order was placed with Mockingbird 3 days prior to Valentines day. I was told it would be no problem getting the order delivered on Valentines. I called again on Valentine day morning to verify everything and again asked that order be delivered that day, I was assured it would be. As of 10am the next day, order was still not delivered. When I called Mockingbird, they did not know what happened or who even had the order delivery to find out, but told me they would try to deliver that day. I told them to forget it and I was terribly disappointed in their performance. I would not recommend this company unless you are prepared to be disappointed.

I came to Mockingbird Lane Florist just a few days before my wedding after my original florist (McShans Florist) lost my order and then refused to help me because of Mothers Day. Mockingbird Lane didnt hesitate to help me even though it was the same weekend as Mothers Day!! They had all the flowers I wanted and my bouquets and boutineers turned out beautiful!! I would highly suggest them to anyone. You could tell they were busy with their Mothers day orders but Amy Armstrong took time out and sat down with me to go over exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated them taking me in last minute!!

I placed a Valentines order with Mockingbird Florist on Feb. 8th for Feb 14th. After looking at their arrangements online, I decided on the "Lilies & Roses." Unfortunately, Mockingbird Florist could not meet my delivery specifications but they were gracious enough to throw in a box of chocolates with my order (free of charge) if they were sent on the 13th rather than the 14th. My Mother received her Lilies & Roses early this afternoon and she said she had never received such beautiful flowers! My Mother loved the arrangement! I recommend this florist to anyone! I will be using them again.

I have used Mockingbird Florist for about 30 years and I have NEVER been disappointed. The flowers are always fresh and delivered when requested. One of the main things I love about the cut flowers is they dont just use cheap flowers, but add some unusual flowers and the colors always complement each other. I will continue to use Mockingbird Florist for all my needs. I also would, and have, recommended them to family and friends. They also have great customer service. Thanks to the crew that makes every shopping experience a pleasure.

Your driver who was at Keller Springs Rd and DNT @ 3pm on Nov 9th should NOT be representing your company behind the wheel. Besides not believing in blinkers to indicate lane changes, he rejects mirrors of any sort, preferring to drift lazily into other lanes. I watched him do it 3 different times, 2 of those times the lane was already occupied, by me. His response to a friendly "youre about to hit me" honk was a blare of his own horn and swinging the rest of the way into my lane, running me to the shoulder. Absolutely fantastic.
