I wish there was an option for zero stars! I placed an order for Valentines Day which was $100, of course I was charged but my order was not delivered! I called, spoke to the same guy (Todd) and he couldnt locate my order at all?! He placed me on hold for over an hour!! When he came back to the line he says, " oh my god, I forgot you were waiting "I am PISSED! I will never order from edible arrangements again! What did I get for my inconvenience? NOTHING! I spoke to the manager Anthony for a refund, who says "its Valentines Day, were busy." I ended up having to reach out to the general manager Rachel...overall the worse customer service ever!

Just got a call from the delivery driver that he wont be able to make a delivery schedule for today. Gave no real reason except that he didnt know why the arrangement wasnt made in time. It was for a birthday today and the recipient will be out of town the rest of the week. Pick a different company that can deliver on the day that your schedule it!

Service and delivery horrible i place and order a week before valentines. And they didnt delivered at all they didnt even call very very poor service dont. Recommend at all and i hope they will return my money !!

Really like the product, but it is pricy even with discounts. Would like to be able to customize which fruits are used more, but it is a unique item and good quality.
