Absolutely the worst customer service service that I have ever encountered from a florist. Called over the phone to talk about a special arrangement needed and was cut-off, interrupted and when I asked if there was someone else that could assist me the man said "No, I am the only one that can help you. WHAT DO YOU WANT??!!" So I obviously hung up. Dont know if this guy was just having a bad day or what, but who talks to a potential customer like that?!! Do not order from this business!!

Sunshine Flowers is a family-owned and run business who have been in this area for decades!! They have always created amazing bouquets and flowers for all occasions for us and have done so with reasonable prices and lots of creativity and kindness. Ordered $75-85 arrangement for a friends "visitation service"-I was shocked to see how cheap it looked! I called when they opened to talk about my displeasure but no one answered the phone. Obviously I will not work w/them again.

I have been ordering flowers from Sunshine Flowers for about 10 years now. The recipients of the flowers are always in awe of the beautiful arrangements. An added bonus is the customer service. Mel and Daniel are both a delight!

Ordered the "premium" arrangement and what was delivered was nothing more than ordinary. Save your money and order the bare minimum as that is what you will get. Nothing, I mean nothing like the picture.
