I finally got flowers from my husband and they were terrible! It was a beautiful arrangement in a beautiful vase but the flowers were half dead! He delivered them to my office on Valentines Day (Friday) and of course everyone commented on their condition VERY EMBARRASSING! Needless to say when I arrived at work on Monday morning they were all dead and had to be thrown out. Complete waste of money. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and now that dozens of people have seen the quality of their flowers I doubt any of them will be recommending them either! Very disappointing to say the least.

A huge thank-you to InBloom Plano manager Brittany, who came up with a custom, fresh babys breath wreath delivered to our daughters hospital room in less than three hours. It was gorgeous, our daughter loved it, and all the nurses came from all over the hospital to see it, asking who had fabricated it. After being turned down by four other florists, I called Brittany, who then sourced multiple wholesalers to get enough babys breath to fulfill our request. Job well done!

In Bloom Flower’s one of the most customer oriented flower shops I have encountered. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my relative who was in the hospital. The sales associate at in bloom flowers was extremely courageous and had wonderful recommendations for me on different types of flowers. In Bloom Flower’s staff makes it easy to place your order. This florist really delivered! I ordered a birthday bouquet for a family member in Texas (Im in New York) and the bouquet lasted two weeks. I definitely recommend using this shop. Sheri was great on the phone helping me order and I will definitely use them again.
