I cant say enough nice things about Edwards Florist. The Owner and the Staff went above and beyond to help me. I had ordered a corsage for my sons girlfriend and when it arrive the day before prom it was a complete mess. I was near tears and couldnt possibly give what I had received to his girlfriend. I called Edwards and explained my situation and they said bring it to us and let us see what we can do to help you. They had quit taking orders days before and it was 40 minutes until close on a Friday night but after taking one look at the corsage the owner said give me 20 minutes. When I came back they had not only made a whole new beautiful corsage (the original wasnt even worth messing with) but a new boutonniere as well. What really surprised me was that when I offered to pay expecting to pay a tremendous amount based on the situation, the owner said that she did not expect compensation she was just happy to help and that I had been through enough and spent enough already. Service like that is hard to come by these days and I can honestly say I will never forget it and when asked if I know a good florist I will definitely be recommending Edwards. Thank you all at Edwards for helping us out of a bad situation. I will always be grateful to each and everyone of you..

While I appreciate that they took our order for a boutonniere at the last minute, I must say, I was disappointed in the finished product. I had described my daughters dress and her dates tux, and asked if they could put stuff with the rose we ordered. She replied, "Oh yes! I will spruce it up." When we picked it up, it was nothing more than a white rose cut from the stem and then gold ribbon wrapped around. There was no fern or babys breathe or anything to spruce it up. We were charged $20. We will not be using their services in the future.

I am so disappointed, there is absolutely nothing Christmas like about the arrangement I ordered for my familys table centerpiece, even though is listed under the Christmas section on the website. Wildflowers and 2 large real apples? really? In a Christmas theme I was expecting somewhat looser creative arrangement with white flowers (thinking roses) and evergreen (fir not shrubbery) and pine cones. Although I appreciate I loose arrangement, this looks made from a roadside pluck with a stop at the grocers.

The staff was amazing at accommodating my small wedding floral requirements on a two week time frame. My bouquet was perfect and looked exactly like the photo I showed Stacy. Our centerpieces and corsages fit the season and style of our wedding and we couldnt be more happy with the results! I would highly recommend Edwards Floral Design!!

Very tiny arrangement for $64 It was pretty but very small. I chose it because great reviews but honestly wish Id gone with the florist that offered free delivery. They put more attention into wrapping the delivery box and cellophane so maybe thats why it was so small.
